I agree, maybe our new major shareholder will acquire more stock and push the board into some sort of M&A or put us up for sale. We need a full strategic review as the current model doesn’t deliver for shareholders. |

At last. This bit sounds encouraging...The UK is expecting to significantly increase revenues net of sub consultants in the next financial year. Current secure work for 2022 already totals more than the 2021 outturn result. |
The wait continues...9 months for any news at all is unusual in these days of more frequent updates being provided by most companies. So assume the results must be in line with what was reported in June, otherwise they would have said something at some point if they were going to be significantly different either way. |

Results pretty much as expected based on last update. Seem to have weathered the COVID storm quite well with just a small loss. Europe performance very encouraging, just need to get the UK moving and should be a much brighter post-lockdown future with level of enquiries encouraging. |
Could just be the external audit process taking longer than normal due coronavirus restrictions, e.g. remote working? |
