Obsessed with the past. Surely if a company has failed to meet its targets for as long as one can remember, then that is it's history and surely should not be ignored. Unless of course there is a method to your madness. A fund raise was widely report that could not get off the ground, therefore the only option to its sugar daddy is to put it up for sale and try to recoup something from his investment.

I'd think he, NC,know's where Boom is going after sticking in X equity and Y debt over recent months.

These Raine guys would not have turned up on Friday, I would think they've been doing there DD for a while.

You are a classic case of emotional retail punter, more obsessed with the past than seeing where things will go in the future. You're 'down' on this company, so you cannot now see the wood for the trees. You ought to be more objective. It will serve you better & help for more profitable decisions...

There are many disaffected holders going back 5 years. I at one stage bought at 16p. But to vent such negativity is crazy if you're a shareholder. Please see the positives which are now happening. The past has gone. Look ahead for everyone's sake. Wish you well if you start to see the effort now going in to selling the coming and not interpreting into a negative something which is in fact positive.

JTMG - If that is the case, you're not really helping your cause. Unless you are trying to de-ramp so you can buy to lower your average? Very difficult with the wind against you. At this stage it would seem your best game is to follow the tail wind, find the positives and maybe it then has a chance to sell at £8, £10 or more.

no point in me selling my shares, I don't think we'll see £8, if we do I'll breakeven which gives an idea of how long I've been stuck with this, but well done if you got in at the lows

I think they made a mistake in canning the NLP side, which Nick Candy effectively paid for but hey ho

How do the directors of a company normally sell a company? Stand on street the corner with a for sale sign. Or engage a top notch merchant bank who know the sector inside out with a proven track record.Audioboom have done the latter. SKY News have received information. And we all know that the company will be sold. What on earth is wrong in that. Great shareholder value at around £8.

These Raine people, that the Sky article mention, really are quite something, they really must see a fantastic opportunity in AudioBoom. Seems they normally deal with much larger numbers than current BOOM markert cap so interested to see how this plays out. Pretty happy sitting here riding this one out

I just hope he is not seeking a merger with another of his media investments so shareholders do not get swallowed up by a share exchange.
