That p/e of 20 might apply once this company has stopped growing at 100%plus per year. Using your logic you would not have bought Apple when it was a couple of bucks.

Even if you take the EBITDA profit of £3m on a p/E of 20 this still has more than 50% to fall IMO.

I get your point here Melegramforttongo, but there seem to be some very wealthy shareholders behind this company and as such I suspect they would not accept anything unless it was knock out. Simply, as they don't have to.
In saying that I have no knowledge of individual circumstances so I accept that anything is possible....

With the company literally "Booming", why would management and other large shareholders accept a reduced offer, should one materialize. It wouldn't make sense in my opinion. Surely it would be simply pay up now, or pay more down the line when the business would be bigger and more profitable.
