What is the lowest and highest you believe boom will be taken out at?

Babbler, Candy and AAA have made an irrevocable acceptance - that actually is revocable if Boom receive a £25 counter offer. Not to mention the other material conditions attached to the offer principally the ability to raise £150m themselves to fund the offer.

Some speculative small retail buying focusing on the £12 figure, but unsurprisingly, the price / buying has withered away as the market doesnt believe the AAA offer is really worth £12.

Waiting for BOOM's formal response, but I am intrigued by the lack of an RNS from Boom. Was this announcement done without BOOM's knowledge or consent? Has Boom put itself up for auction again? Has it already received a counter offer?

Hopefully more pieces of this jigsaw will reveal themselves after we hear from BOOM.

All that said (can you sense my scepticism here) Candy is not mug and the fact he is happy to take AAA confetti does make me wonder if he see's something in AAA that is not immediately obvious to any rational investor.

Interesting to note the lack of a formal reply from Boom - perhaps this offer wasn't as welcome as AAA are suggesting? Perhaps (and better yet), Boom is sounding out other potential buyers for the business and will announce a formal bidding war shortly.

Reading the RNS more deeply now, there is an opt out price of £25 should Boom receive a seperate and far higher offer. I guess this was Candy's end game.

Wake wakey - possible offer incoming from AAA worth £12 albeit paid with over hyped shares. Hopefully this will start a bidding war as I do not want AAA shares.
