Was expecting the Samsung tie-up to be RNS'd.
Nonetheless this should improve the bottom line as well as revenue growth.

Most other companies in the Triton league table have Apple and Samsung. This inclusion of Audioboom could see a doubling in Revenue. Perhaps the company can't make make such announcements?

I wonder when they will announce the agreement with Samsung? I thought that is merits an RNS as it will drive revenue.

Agreed. Been waiting for results to confirm business momentum not only revenues but that they are on the cusp of positive margins before buying. Being an acquisition target should be helpful but for me it's always fundamentals first and fore most.

Let’s just get to £12-14 first .
Others would kill for a few % rise never mind 100% in a short space of time.

Look at the other BOO as a classic example.
We told them that this was the only BOO in town that was going to make them money but they just laughed at us as usual.

and i would suggest that would be new investors should not be deterred from buying, just by looking at the graph and near on 4 digit share price, as of most significance is the market capitalisation, which stands at just 150M sterling, which for a progressive company at the start of good profits and possible take over is not exspenive to my eyes.

Value of Boom has been raised by a very upbeat and detailed presentation by Stuart Last. Very clever manoeuvre. As buggy has said the FY21 revenue indicates over GBP16. Then add a premium so pushing GBP 20. Is GBP25 possible? AAA have much more of a problem. How can they illustrate that their shares are worth 80p. The current basis is because they've closed on a GBP 15m placement at 80p. What else can they do. Let us see.

I will say current fair value for any bid using a 7X FY2021 Revenue is nothing less than £16 cash.

Projected FY21 Revenue:

Actual Revenue:
Q1 = $9.5M
Q2 = $13.3M

Projected ( very conservative growth of $1M per quarter)
Q3 = $14.3M
Q4 = $15.3M

FY2021 projected Revenue: $52.4M

7X Revenue will give a takeover price of £16.70

Incidentally, I will still not take the £16 in AAA paper,( magic beans), until I know exactly what those shares are worth.

myles mcnulty is suggesting PSR OF 7x on not an unreasonable 50m dollars revs for H2, given latest figures for H1 and very bullish outlook presentation given this week, which equates to a m/c of between £216M and £250M or share price of £14 to £16. And with the likelihood of other plays bidding for BOOM, the share price is set to go even higher.

Be careful what you wish for. If AAA reschedule and make an unconditional offer for Audioboom after re listing then there is the possibility that this offer may consist of a lot less AAA shares if the price goes up from the indicative 80p. If it's a US exchange it's a good bet it will be higher. All up in the air and who knows what the timing may be. But it's something to think about. Don't forget that the price could be in dollars and some may not like that either. No pleasing everyone.
