I've no interest in shorting a stock, but I've invested in too many blue sky stocks that end up drowning in debt. I was initially interested in this because they were seeking to develop ammonia as a fuel.

Not dilutive in the near term, but when a rescue rights issue is necessary because the debt market closes, then it most surely is.

If it's project debt funding then it's not dilutive. It's only dilutive if the funding is raised by issuing shares. Some share issue might be needed, but I expect the bulk of it will be debt i.e. term loans.

I've seen loads of companies struggle when debt massively exceeds market cap. Biofuels, Avanti, Sirius etc.

Do you think Baker Hughes would have taken 6% at 95p and one of Trafigura founders bought 2% of co, shares directly from Levine at £1 if they were going to be rugged? It will be debt of some sort.
