                            EXERCISE OF SHARE OPTIONS 
 
On 6 May 2010, the Company issued 44,828 ordinary shares of 5 pence each 
("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of options under the Company's 
Approved and Unapproved share option schemes. 
 
Application has been made for the Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu with 
all existing shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM.  Dealings in the Ordinary 
Shares are expected to commence on 12 May 2010. 
 
Following the exercise of these options, the Company will have 60,598,227 
Ordinary Shares in issue.
