Piedmont owes $1.2m for operation cost for Oct to Dec 2023, and a resolution being sought. Is Piedmont that skint? This does not augur well for their 1st production capex of $70m. I understand Piedmont sold some stocks to Assore.

Yeah buying, and years talking it down beforehand. I think it's more, how blatant the contradiction is.

I see it's flaring up online with Goldman Sachs talking down lithium, while buying up lithium shares.

I'd like a JC with a Chinese entity for entire production capex in return for offtake; Assore could go and whistle.

Another shenanigan similar to HZM could kill-off minnows and retail investors in AIM.

I smell a fish here. Yesterday one could sell at a higher price than buy with no restriction on quantity sold either. And, today the sells are being absorbed by the buys, and once again no restriction on sell quantity; the Webiner is thursday.

When was the latest Azore bid offering? Could another one be due very soon?

The interesting point I see, is who else has a refinery coming online in the next 12 months or so, outside of China, that needs off take?

Sssshhhhh ..... but the Chinese don't want us to see this as they suppress the price to sweep up what they can

Interesting comment on MOM, China has exported more spud from Africa last yea (80k 2022, 600k 2023) which seems more responsive than WA which they calculated from CiTIs figures caused a reduction of 14 percent from Australia, from 94 percent to 80. Which proves a lot of naysayers possible wrong in relation to Africa (as a whole).

Looked at PLL's unit costs, is it just me or are we lower? Much lower, will we be part of the next wave of lithium? Is that's what's ticking Assore? Pun intended!

It's amazing to check the price, and weigh this up against what they have achieved and have a bidder in the wings. Especially the fact that all parties seem to be doing what they committed to. Gla

Unfortunately no premium this time..

The Minerals Income Investment Fund of Ghana ("MIIF") has completed a subscription for 19,245,574 Atlantic Lithium shares ("Subscription") at a price of US$0.2598 (A$0.39 / £0.20) per share ("Subscription Shares"), for a value of US$5 million (A$7.60m / £3.93m).

Wonder if this has been focused on recently given the positioning of Assore. Having more shares in issue and with safe hands is a mechanism for defending against a hostile bid. Interesting timing certainly. I note that the premium (as with the Assore shares) is circa 20%. Should hopefully see a decent rise today
