Rio Tinto were complaining a year ago how everything li was overpriced, I'm surprised that they haven't been snapping a couple of companies up. Give Renehart has also been very active.

About time some upward movement.At some point the market will catch up to the fact that even 33p is too cheap and should be the floor.

ALL at the Noosa Mining Conference 15th to 17th. What a great time for them. Not put a foot wrong. They must feel very confident and bidders starting to knock at the door. Who knows how many others are sizing us up. They must realise the current price is unrepresentative.

Price still only half what is was 18 months ago. Some serious upside still exists here imo.

Why did they not rns the previous offer from 2nd Oct.?...

"Following careful consideration, the NBIO was rejected by the Atlantic Lithium independent board committee ("Atlantic IBC"), which was established to consider the approach from Assore. The NBIO follows an earlier approach from Assore on 2 October 2023 at an identical offer price of GBP 0.33 per share (A$0.63; "Prior NBIO"), that was similarly rejected by the Atlantic IBC."

"after careful consideration " my backside. Would have taken all of 5 seconds . Not too easy to just laugh in the face of biggest shareholders though so I do get it. I am in for the real value to emerge ( let's face it the bid was a cheeky one from a shareholder who can see the real value down the road). Well handled by the Board . This stuff is just sophisticated haggling after all's said and done. Good luck to day traders anyway . We all have to earn a crust however we view this company.

Interesting. Agree that 0.33p completely undervalued the company. Should see a rise in the share price today based on that rejection. Wouldn't surprise me if we end off getting taken out at closer to 50p. More than happy for us to become a producer and wait for the large dividends to come in
