Dunno...... I sold a small block at 27.3p and bought back today at 21.6p....It's all I could do...I can't explain the weakness and indeed A11 on ASX? If others were doing a bit of trading then they should be buying back in but they don't seem to be?
Seems crazy to be selling this low!

Me neither - I thought it was a case of onwards and upwards after the grant of the ML.Very strange particularly as there is no need for any fund raising at least in the short term. General malaise for small miners?

Money of mine did a good interview with some ASX fund managers, the consensus seemed that they are wary of Africa. Joe lowery was also a tad skeptical as well when on the show. If that set the tone or reflected the tone in Australia then not that surprised, however would of hoped to be higher.

Piedmont might be pleased that Ghanaian license has been awarded but its share price is near a three year low.

Unless there is a significant re rise in lithium, say back a decent amount above 30k, I expect there will be little change here until earnings become visible within 3 months of production.

Prior to that bored short termers will gift their shares to IIs and HNWs.

So are the thoughts this will just float here, hopefully increasing over the next year or so?

"Piedmont Lithium Chief Operating Officer and Atlantic Lithium Non-Executive Director Patrick Brindle said receipt of the mining lease marks a significant step toward production and reflects Ghana’s interest in becoming a global resource for lithium concentrate. "We are excited for our partner Atlantic Lithium, and we thank the project team and the Minerals Commission for their diligent efforts throughout the application process. The issuance of Ghana’s first mining lease for lithium demonstrates clear support for the Ewoyaa Lithium Project and the opportunity it presents for the country and local communities," said Brindle. "This milestone also reinforces Piedmont’s plans to utilize Ewoyaa material as feedstock for the proposed 30,000 metric ton per year Tennessee-based lithium hydroxide conversion facility." "

Looks happy..... as will be holders.

It's put up time, then movement in share price Until then 21-23p.Or bluntly the cash transferred then we should move. It resolves any ambiguity the market may have. Money in bank equals mine can be built.

Well Muller looks to be completely certain that there is no change what so ever with the Piedmont financing from this ML award. 6m 20 in

And in reality if there were any evidence at all apart from immaterial forum chatter this would be more like 3p now rather than 23.......and imo not investable as neither Ghana nor Atlantic share holders would be seeing any return for 5-7y plus. With the partner walking from something about Ghana they don't like who else would come in to help Atlantic then? An mcap sub 30m Atlantic that would not be able to build Ewoyaa them selves.

The gang back here then, ok.Again once Piedmont or ALL, confirm that cash has been received then we will have the movement. It's 128 million.Cool! Until then it's 23p hopefully holds and if not maybe 21p (that's basically based on where MIIF are entering).

Piedmont wouldn't do any of that, UKG. These are non-serious, rhetorical nonsense 'questions' being posed by 'L0ngterm' so he can come to a bogus 'conclusion' in what he hopes will appear to readers like a semi-reasonable argument, but is simply another way of trolling. I'll tell you a relevant 'entry' level. Not where the sovereign wealth fund put money in, but the level that a senior manager recently exercised his options to the tune of £800k when HE DID NOT HAVE TO bc the market price was lower and he could have simply let the options expire: 30p.
