In the grand scheme it is a delay but the project should still go ahead. Sounds like the off take is ready to be signed, and could happen before the ratification. That would certainly help sentiment. |

Parliament sits Tuesday to Friday apparently, but need the right number attending to vote. Ratification could come any day which probably allows Out-takes to be completed. Not a time to be out in my humble opinion. |

This name is storing up so much good news, and good news potential, it's ridiculous. However, today's trading is possibly the first time since I've been involved where it really feels like the seller is being more than being absorbed. While the constant selling at or around 20p is seriously frustrating, there does seem to have been one heck of a big buyer as well (One wag on the other board has speculated wildly last week that it might be Fidelity increasing, even pushing through 3%, though that seems a bit too speccy). Still, my own view is we're finally getting close to pushing off these lows. |

With today's good news I'd expect the price to at least move back into the prior uptrend, which suggests 25p is the minimum we should be looking at on todays news.

I would think the short term risk is potential delay to the ratification, cant imagine politicians will be keen to put their name against it, if the company has not complied with safety standards |
