If the company was valued at £35.1m on 18th April 2018, and with further dilution since then, plus the 10% given away to DSS, I reckon we will be lucky to be given c£20m between about 7bn shares. Work that one out!!!!

I can only laugh at some of the valuations being banded about on LSE. Some reckon a minimum of £200m to list on the main market. This will give a price per share of near 2p!!!! As xow98 has said, we will sign up for something that we know nothing of value. We could be all signing up to be stitched once again!!!
Still, we have nothing to lose. I predict a 0.25p per share valuation (which would still give me a small profit.

No real choice as I see it. Big values being banded around ...no chance. 1p to 10p per share they reckon on lse. Hope to be wrong but 0.1 is more reasonable

Just checked over on the LSE site and one of the old shareholders has just posted this:
"Just spoke to H&L and they are aware of the RTO but have not officially been notified by DSS or ACG, which they expect will be in a few days.
Once received H&L will send a secure message regarding actions to be taken."
There is also a very in-depth discussion about company valuation etc. Well worth a read for all concerned.

I've not phoned them yet. Looking on the LSE ATC page, most brokers haven't received the information yet. Was going to see what happens this evening then phone them on Tuesday morning. Will update when and after I have spoken with them if no info by then.
Just cant quite believe the hype surrounding this. Some big numbers doing the rounds for listing price. I will be more than happy to get my £33k back if I am perfectly honest.

Nope. I am in at 0.15 average so would be very pleased to get my 5k back. Bearing in mind the company turned down three possible takeovers I don’t think the directors are too bothered about the likes of me and I doubt I will get more than half my cash back so that’s 0.07 approx

I dont think there is much of an option. We have a re-listing, albeit DSS takes 10%, but we have atc and DSS tax losses. So if ATC is in profitability, then having tax losses would make sense. I cannot find a full set of recent accounts, but seems to me that the inflection point from loss making to profitability has been achieved.

Anyway are there any choices?

Further from TW at Shareprophets:

A report by, analysts for hire, See Through Equity published on October 17 2018 concluded: "We initiate coverage of Atlantic Carbon Group, Plc (“Atlantic Carbon”). Our valuation analysis yields a target enterprise value of $153.9mn considering $68.0mn of total debt and an equity value of $86.8mn "

So the company is drowning in debt but is still valued at $86.8 million so the RTO with Shea's DSS values DSS at £7.4 million. Its last accounts show it making pre-tax profit of £91,715 but having just £50,000 cash, net debt and net current liabilities of £480,000. If that company is worth £7.4 million I am a banana. We are tod that the RTO is designed to create a shareholder list with liquidity ahead of a Standard Listing.

I can still see a stitch up coming. Accumulated losses between the 2 companies will leave us with a market cap of about £20m meaning no value for us shareholders!!!! I could be wrong of course.......
