The results are excellent in fact.

6,035,609 EBITDA

356,868 profit

They could easily make 1.5 million net profit I guess but why not just pay large amounts to directors instead etc? No shareholders to worry about or listing issues.

Garykc, yes very sad to think that they may do that on us; as if they haven't already done enough on us. I'm just trying my best to be positive and trying to focus only on that at long last I may be able to get my money back. Hopefully ALL us existing shareholders will get ALL our money back, with extra too! We as owners of the company deserve that. It's our money that built this company up and we should be allowed to benefit too when the company is doing well. Hopefully there are much better times ahead for us!

Thanks smalltimer, much appreciated. As previously mentioned, I have just over 12m of these oinkers sat with H&L in my SIPP. I bet they are trying to work out how to stiff us existing shareholders before relisting!!!

The Last fundraise was at 0.5p. They stated that they intend listing on the London main market.

Don't forget the massive amount of fundraising since then toptrump. Be lucky to get 0.2p. Would they relist in the USA or here?

It means the process followed to get a listing by its advisors and financiers
They will likely come to mkt end of yr with a placing to raise additional funds to expand.

Incidentally production is now more than double what it was Pre-delisting, profits should have rocketed meaning the value of the co should be circa 0.5-1p p/oldshr
