Thanks Stanton. They have just restated that again on Twitter and it's what they said previously in May : Before the end of the year. That is the fact sheet they issued in May.

2 and a half delisted years now. Number one in the Us for sales of this type of coal. Booming.

The company is now valued at over 50 million dollars according to the last results statement...lower interest rates, higher prices for coal with 2019 production likely to be sold early as Trump policy to ban imports hits home.


But...no mention at all of share holders.

They have since said that it is out of their hands. Really. Sounds like the "unknown" " known" person recommending delisting.

Well worth 1p.....suspect they will a 50 for 1 or something like this. The last twitter feed shows the site looking very good. Holders who bought just before delisting could do very well indeed

They do seem to be booming, having Pre-sold all of this yrs production at higher prices than last yr and two pvte funds have subscribed for shrs at 0.5p
the latest co presentation stated their intention of re-listing late this yr implying the last qtr
There could be good demand for the shrs at a share price that should be higher than the last valuation at 0.5p all considering. The p/e at this price would be around 3.5 based on their Valn and last ebitda figs, they will want to raise additional funds on relisting but even so should easily manage a higher sp

Yes, if you held ATC shares at the time of their delisting, then the shares will still belong to you and will become tradable once again at the time of relisting. The company was renamed Atlantic Carbon Group (ACG) and your shares will now be under that name. There may be some developments shortly on the relisting, as ACG said previously that they are hoping to relist either late Q3 or early Q4. Hopefully we'll soon find out when!
