I'm sure their doing very well now with prices they are receiving. Then we can add in the increased demand for their coal; due to Trump's increase on steel tariffs. Hopefully encouragement to get a move on with relisting!

P@ where did you get September from; was it stated at the AGM yesterday? Previously they only said they were aiming for either late Q3 or early Q4; they never specified a month. Is there now some firm details from them?

Anyone going to the AGM on 29th? Unfortunately I can't make it myself. Would be very interested to hear from anyone who can attend; with an update on what happened. If attending and you are able to do so, please try to get them pinned down to some definite details on the relisting! I'm sure that will be hard to do, but time is moving on and they did say previously that their plan is to relist in late Q3 / early Q4. Thanks!

Selling future shares cheaply would benefit them if they could take part in the process. They have a history of taking advantage of discounted placings themselves.

I do think we have to remember the Directors are major shareholders, selling future shares cheaply is not in thier interests. reducing debt before pre-market floating or floation very deffinitetly is in all of our interests. Let’s see if they can actuall reward us all after this very long wait.

As per link on LSE, another 25% dilution is coming this year. Voting on AGM later in May.

If they came back with a £50-60KK valuation there would be some happy people here, me for one. We will not be diluted down substantially, if we are it will be by new shares being sold, raising cash for the company, to pay down debt. Thereby making the Company truly profitable and boosting its value. Let's for once see good news as good news! (or at least a chance of us getting our money back.)
