14/1/2025 16:25 | A disappointing set of figures INMO, Phillis. Hard to pick out positives on the production front. Despite the expected increase in grades of +14% there was a reduction of 9% in recoveries! The explanation for a 10% drop in annual production "as a result of lower grades and recoveries" is unconvincing given the fact that grades INCREASED! Guidance for 2025 is "steady as she goes" - a mantra we've become accustomed to. The "key catalysts" that Alberto refers to seem to have been key catalysts for several years. I'm afraid I'm less bullish at the end of 2024 than at the beginning. However, the business is sound and remains a leveraged play on copper which is what attracts many investors, myself included. The price of copper has fallen 20% since May. A return to these levels should bring an share price recovery to ca 450. All in MHO. | theapiarist
14/1/2025 08:56 | waterloo01 You have made a very valid point about the grades improving. Thank You. | scargs
14/1/2025 08:49 | Steady as she goes. Grades improving which is good. | waterloo01
14/1/2025 08:23 | Mr B Anything of particular note in this update? | phillis
12/1/2025 20:29 | tightfist I can see a nice rounded bottom forming with a distinct double bottom and breakout above the neckline located along say 380 area (Nov 6, high) once this gives way the 425/450 are instant targets based on a measured move. GLA hope it helps 👀 | svend2
12/1/2025 10:34 | robmcelf2. Your comment about ATYM being eligible to enter the FTSE 250 Index at the end of March 2025 is very valid. I think the ATYM share price should appreciate between now and then solely on this alone. In addition there is Truro, the end of the Public Consultation period is imminent, and hopefully a gradual increase in the copper price. 2025 has the potential to be a good year for the Company's share price. Looking forward to the Q4 figures and the Annual figures. | scargs
12/1/2025 06:42 | So now that the redomiciling to Spain is complete with a little share price appreciation, ATYM can be admitted to the FTSE 250 index in the next shuffle which I think is assessed end of March and that should give us a little boost. | robmcelf2
09/1/2025 08:45 | Q&A: Dreaming again..... I like Alberto's no -nonsense style, seems in contrast to the sluggish delivery of his projects people IMHO..Incidentally, to chart-watching PI's, does this look like a nascent inverted H&S to anyone else? | tightfist
06/1/2025 20:01 | Should get production figures next week - Wed or Thu I reckon. Let's hope there was a good end to the year. We are also now through the public consultation period for Touro so am assuming we might get an update on that next week too. Finally would be great to have confirmation Solar farm all up and running and ELix fully ramped up. Or am I dreaming! | robmcelf2
06/1/2025 16:57 | Sp should offset the withholding tax in tax wrappers. Unfortunately I hold most in isa, so 1st 19% of any dividend is lost to me. | waterloo01
06/1/2025 16:38 | So, on Thursday we become "Atalaya Mining Copper" rather than just plain "Atalaya Mining". Will it make any difference? It just might. Hitherto, Atalaya may well have escaped the notice of investors looking for a copper investment. It will be hard to miss it now! | theapiarist
19/12/2024 17:31 | Thanks, Alberto’s don’t a great job, been in this share over 5 years, well in profit but I have far better returns on many other shares I will always have some shares in here but if it gets to £4.75 again I think I will skim some off and reinvest, did fantastic with Nvidia, could do with a couple more like that!!! All the best everyone (just joking about Trump Media, could easily collapse one day) | beiber39
19/12/2024 16:35 | It's a well managed mining company but is by nature levered to the copper price. Lot's of upsides, incl Touro (which would double the resource size) but includes better grades from our current pits and new areas they are exploring and efficiencies such as elix and solar projects Very low gearing and in a safe jurisdiction. I'd stick with it and the quality management under Alberto | waterloo01
19/12/2024 16:04 | Hi, I know the market is difficult and the last financial report was disappointing but this share is doing very poorly at the moment. Someone suggested this share would be £5.00 by January, not much chance at the moment!!! Perhaps I should cash in and buyTrump Media!!! I know there is a number of positives coming but is this stock now to damaged and lacking in credibility? We really need a VERY HOOD next financial report Are other investors feeling down, or is a just a matter of hanging on? If the market keeps going down so will this share, copper also dipping low as well Interested in other investors thoughts Ta | beiber39

19/11/2024 07:54 | I like they are scaling in with £3m over 48months. Makes it very low risk. | waterloo01
19/11/2024 07:51 | I suppose it's encouraging that there are operating mines in these areas, but Sweden is not always a place where mines are permitted and developed quickly, from what I've seen. BEM have been trying to get their Swedish mine started for nearly two decades. | zangdook
19/11/2024 07:40 | Interesting development and a cautious approach | waterloo01
18/11/2024 19:12 | haha, Glavey, love that burst out laughing...yes love a bit of Taramas, when combined with buying ATYM at this price. LSE posts interesting around solar panels and AI/Cloud energy.....DYOR | qs99
15/11/2024 18:42 | More jam tomorrow then. Despite decent copper price, net cash has fallen this quarter. | deadly
15/11/2024 17:46 | Sorry!, post lacking paragraphs!.:) | quirky1
15/11/2024 17:41 | I am frustrated with the share price and progression of the company and feel like we are treading water at the moment!. Copper price hammered by weak China stimulus package and China/US trading levies. Not a positive point in the metal cycle....moment in time!. Nothing positive for Copper...Next 6- 8 months. I have watched the latest Investor Presentation and I feel positive about the future of the company. Focus on the points between the detail?. Trouro.. permitting June 25..plant build 16 months...producing Copper start 2026. Acquisition...lookin Redomisilation- complete by March 2025 increasing liquidity of shares. Expansion of Solar/ Wind?. Elix..Innovation & roll out. Copper grade increase 2025. No aggressive takeover...maybe!?. I can go on!, but I feel their are so many positives, we just need to be patient. When the above fall into place, this share will fly!. If you are brave enough to trade it in the meantime..hats off to you. I am quite happy to hold and see where we go. I have held these for so long now ...nearly 15/20 years!...Risky, back in penny share, Harry Adams days, but I think these will come good and the company has performed beyond anything I expected. I have a lot of skin in the game and not going anywhere in the near future. Good luck to all. | quirky1
14/11/2024 15:23 | Recording and Q&A. I didn't pick up on the point at the end re looking, or having looked at acquisitions in the $250m - $500m range | waterloo01
14/11/2024 13:54 | What? You mean you've found some Taramasalata?! | glavey |
