Can the Spanish authorities sit on the touro decision notice indefinitely? Is there any statutory response time? Or can they just sit on it until COVID has passed claiming COVID related delays?

232s are sells but showing as buys. Wonder when we will see a move in share price - been fairly static for a few weeks now. Hopefully just a pause for breath before moving up. Given copper price and production numbers IMHO we still have a bit further to go. Looking forward to seeing Q4 production numbers next month and at some point we are also due resource upgrade..

Feels like we've been in a kind of holding pattern for the last week and a bit. Are we still waiting for the big boys to finish their trades before we see some movement I wonder? Obviously hoping for a share price resumption North on its current trend but time will tell. Copper still edging higher now c$3.55

Orion have been a drag for some years as it's been known they wanted to exit, so hopefully......

so IMO probably means they are all out, part of their investment meant having an NED, now no longer needed....will be interesting to see who has picked their stake up, but now that has ended, will that allow ATYM to start rating higher?

More Small trades today. wouldn't be surprised to see 1m trade at end of day and then another TR1 soon to say Orion all out. But who really knows?

A few announcements ago Alberto highlighted the need for more liquidity in the Share.

I was wondering how this might be achieved with the obvious answer not appealing to me, namely, the issuing of more shares. This would have caused some dilution.

In view of the share activity that has taken place over the last week or so, I wondered if the company, knowing that Orion wanted to reduce their holding, discussed the possibility of them putting the off-loaded shares on the open market rather than selling as a package to another II. Some of the buys recently were, more than likely, purchased by II but also PI`s have had their share so it has certainly helped the liquidity in my opinion and the share price has benefitted.

I am sure many of us have seen(or experienced) how PIs can get "milked" to support the next development stage of a company only eventually to lose their hard-earned cash (Sirius Minerals springs to mind). Credit to the company that they appear (so far) to want to strengthen the share value by using profit to expand the company rather than a new issue or borrowing.

I am looking forward to 2021.

Good point Brock. Yes might be another TR1 soon as you say. Better to have a weak holder exit but who is on the other side..

They reached that position on the 11th. So yesterday's 3.5m wasn't part of it.
If that was theirs then they are nearly finished and we should see another holdings statement for below 3%.

So Orion have reduced their holding down and that accounts for the 9m+ shares sold in the last few days. Wonder if they are finished or if they will sell the remaining 4m+ shares in the coming weeks? Who is buying these?

10 trades of less than 10 shares seen today. Lots of MM signalling? Not your normal run of the mill. Interesting after the 6m shares traded on Friday. Wonder what comes next..

Given the expected fall in ££ if we drop out without a deal, all hard assets priced in $$ and earnings that are not in ££ should out perform, just through the currency changes
