Seeking Alpha article:

“ASOS: Improving Fundamentals Plus Significant Drop In Share Price Make It Attractive”:

“ASOS is primed finally to launch a full expansion into the U.S. with its Nordstrom equity partnership.”

“McKinsey notes online fashion sales have increased significantly, with this trend likely to continue.”

“The Arcadia brands acquired in 2021 will continue to support strong revenue growth.”

“Supply side delivery issues are easing and present an opportunity to outperform expected margins.”

“ASOS’s current valuation is well below its peers and historic multiple. Our expectation would be a 68% expansion.”

Russian sales not the issue. Overseas sales will be impacted to the time of 50% imo. Supply chain costs will also hurt margins. Expect a profit warning pretty soon.

It seems management have not looked the logistics issues UK, Germany and USA? Still ongoing adding extra costs to the bottom line.

By pulling out of Russia, cost 20m in profit but no mention of how much t/o lost.

The price may be down due recent 2% discount from suppliers? Again to shore up the profit.

Global logistics issues hitting ASOS very hard. Expect a significant profit warning. Logistics much worse than those experienced during pandemic. Costs increase is frightening too.
