Thanks Facts.I would say to buy ASOS will cost Frasers the thick end of 1billion and for sure they will look to put them in to administratio and lose as much money as possible.Great advice comparing ASoS with a Mcap of 500 million to Match's who were purchased for 50.Thank you palLife saver

You AMATEURS really ought to read the Sunday Times article dated 31 March 2024 about all the Boardroom shenanigans going on within the Frasers Group Boardroom.

Even I was shocked, and that is saying something AFTER seeing what the Kamani family got upto at Boohoo PLC

I'd post the link but it's about time you LOSERS did your own research for a change.

*The threshold for publicly disclosing share stakes for UK issuers is 3% and every percentage point thereafter.

Shareholdings below 3% means Frasers Group are not required to disclose*

This is common knowledge. However, somehow only you know of Frasers' Superdry holding. However, reading through a couple of your other posts above, it's clear that you have no idea what you're talking about. Haha Fool me for asking a sensible question on a nonsensical BB

It just goes to show that you should always do a deep dive and extensive research before buying anything.

Foolishly pinning all hopes and dreams on Frasers Group definitely didn't end well for luxury retailer, MATCHES.

Just two months after purchasing online retailer MATCHES for £52 million, Frasers Group is shutting it down.

In a statement released to the London Stock Exchange, Frasers Group said that MATCHES would go into administration after continually missing its business plan targets, and making material losses.

"Frasers Group has also taken a massive hit on Superdry (SDRY) shares too."

How so? They're not listed on the share register?

Frasers Group usually wait for retailers to go into Administration / Liquidation and then pick-up the pieces for peanuts.

It doesn't always end well for them though, Frasers Group recently spent £50 Million buying online retailer MATCHES and 2 months later its gone into ADMINISTRATION

Frasers Group has also taken a massive hit on Superdry (SDRY) shares too.
