ITS MORE BAD NEWS FOR RETAILERS - UK RETAIL SALES SAW A SIZEABLE DOWNTURN IN JUNE
=================================================================================

According to the latest CBI distributive trades survey, retail sales in the UK experienced a notable decline in June, reversing the temporary uplift observed in May.

The survey revealed that retail sales volumes fell sharply, with a weighted net balance of -24, which is a significant drop from May's balance of +8.

It also highlighted that sales were well below the average for this time of year, and are expected to continue their decline into July.

Copying and pasting an article about an electric vehicle manufacturer onto the ASOS message board, and then copying and pasting the same article onto the BOOHOO message board makes no sense at all.

Every household, in every part of the United Kingdom will now get hammered with higher taxes.

That really doesn't bode well for consumer spending, and especially for loss making online clothing retailers, like ASOS and BOOHOO

Looks like ASOS is making exactly the same mistake as Boohoo, telling customers they are not wanted.

ASOS now closing customer accounts simply because the customer dared to return items, that didn't fit

Both TEMU and SHEIN will be delighted
