On the subject of inadequate working capital, it is worth noting that ASOS (ASC) currently has a £500 Million convertible bond in issue, which is due to be redeemed in April 2026.

It is highly unlikely that ASOS will be able to repay and redeem it, and the conversion option is deeply out of the money.

With a current market capitalisation of only about £400 Million, ASOS has very limited options to deal with the debt.

Worse still, the bond currently only trades at about 64p on every £1

Realistically it is only a matter of time before the bondholders will own ASOS and ASOS's ordinary shareholders will get wiped out.

The imminent arrival of SHEIN onto the London Stock Exchange will send shivers down the spines of rivals ASOS and BOOHOO.

Valued at about £50 Billion, SHEIN's meteroric rise in popularity is one of the factors that has hurt global sales at loss making rivals ASOS and BOOHOO.

UK investors that do back the SHEIN floatation will be hoping it can emulate the stock market success of PDD Holdings, the owner of rival cut-price clothing retailer, TEMU.

Shares in PDD are up almost 650% during the last five years, reflecting the exceptional growth being delivered in the USA, in the UK, across Europe and throughout Australasia.

Nobody cares what Nigel Farage says, or cares what Nigel Farage does.

Like you and all your other multiple alias LOSER NAMES, he's just another attention seeker banging on the window, hoping someone will listen to him.
