well i notice someone bought 200,000 ( £540 ) on friday
first buy for two months
then a ramper appears

hmmmm.....i'd hate to jump to conclusions...but....

Ben Angel - with ref. to ATR I share your opinions of the company and like fenseal3 have been averaging down over the last couple of years. I now have 2m tucked away in the bottom drawer.I hope you are the real deal and good luck to you, however it does seem strange to air your views on an open bb like this,prior to approaching the company???????

WOW!!!!!.....two years from now i will be 42...so if this gets to 10p by then i might just run up and down my street naked shouting i love leo at the top of my voice....fingers crossed then.

to some extent ....we can empathise with shareholders who have seen the shares slide to these levels ..however this can be said about most listed plc's ...I actually think setting up Montague Pitman Stockbrokers by Leo and the company with over forty front office sales staff and three back office admin.staff ...managed and led by Leo & Tom Knifton (son) was a good move ...
As I see things at present this is the main area where most of the future atr earnings are being generated and competed for in the city and market place ...
what I dont like and keen to understand ...is who actually holds or owns the remaining 19% of the shares in MPS.... and why hasn't the balance been purchased and does the parent company have an option to buy these outstanding shares ..
Personally I hate seeing these types of large minority share holdings confusing the balance sheet !!!

i already have an investment company that needs to be floated in the form of an introduction something similar and along the lines of gold oil --only this company is a property management and financial consultants group .....this might easily compliment Alltrue or be floated or introduced to aim independantly -it all comes down to due diligence at the end of the day

Ben Angel - you would have difficulty in buying 1% (2.5m shares)on the open market, as the mms hold very few shares.There are only a handfull of PI's in this stock, so maybe one or two would sell out to you close to 1p, enabling you to obtain another 1 to 2%. The original investors however paid 2p+, so this price would entice a few to sell to you, just happy to get their money back (me included).DYOR

This won't do much for at least the next couple of years. Haven't you heard that markets are a bit tricky? Knifton and friends haven't done a reverse takeover for about a year; there is no point as it is difficult to raise funds. As such, I suspect Alltrue is struggling and about the most optimistic outcome that you could hope for is that the company trades at cash breakeven.

personally i can see these shares after my merger is approved the shares will be soon be worth 10p in a year or two from now...purely based on truthfull and honest management ..i stake my life on this

at the end of the day this company needs to start showing signs of real earnings and profit potential to shareholders ...at the moment this is not seen by the investing public ..and this will need to be urgently addressed by the board

the trouble with many of these seedling companies the founders are too greedy in the start up days ....by awarding themselves far too many free options to themselves and close friends thus diluting the shares in the distant future ....nobody is against director incentives and awards schemes ...but to the lay person many of these awards are taken by the foundling and associate directors without any true merit or being earnt..hopefully this practice is over ..and ..everyone involved with leo's companies will start working much harder towards gaining decent returns to all its supporters and shareholders in future

I think this little seedling ........stockbroking firm and groupings of financial advisors ......is the best little start up firm of stockbrokers in the market today and soon this will be seen and relected in the rising share price in the coming weeks ahead....

Hi fenseal3, did the share price dip this morning???? My broker has 3mms on the offer in 50K @0.4p and 1mm in 100K @0.38p.Put in a limit order with your broker at 0.38p or below, you will get them I am sure. DYOR

tried to buy today best i got was 50k @ .4 and this was after the share dropped.....can you very clever mm[s make a market so i might be able to buy some shares, peeps will buy if you are fair with a company doing well.
