latifs, I picked up on that exact main line also ... sounds too dodgy and pseudo RNS speakto me ?

Notice the operative words :

This means that although revenues for the year ended 31 March 2005 will be lower than planned, profitability will be broadly in line with market expectations.

what a long winded statement.. main point...."This means that although revenues
for the year ended 31 March 2005 will be lower than planned, profitability will
be broadly in line with market expectations."

I think you have sumed it up, no news. After Fidelty bought in it looked like there may be more anouncements, but nothing yet. The only thing to look forward to is the trial which I think is in May.

"Ned" Johnson is a shrewd buyer of technology stocks - I've not done any research on AIT for some time, obviously time to do more.

... think I've answered half my question:

FMR Corp. Company Profile

FMR Corp. is "semper fidelis" (ever faithful) to its core business. The financial services conglomerate, better known as Fidelity Investments, is the world's #1 mutual fund company. Serving some 18 million individual and institutional clients, Fidelity manages nearly 340 funds and has approximately $775 billion of assets under management. Among its notable offerings is the Magellan Fund, which was for many years the US's largest. The founding Johnson family controls most of FMR; Abigail Johnson, CEO Ned's daughter and heir apparent, is the largest single shareholder with about 25%.

Just could not make sense of that PDF, sounded like a load of waffle for blinding clients from reality!

Just shows how ignorant I am of this sector.

Although I have worked with software and computers since 1980!

The big trades must have some connection. They amount to 4% so if it was the same person there should be an anouncement. Or are they sells? Very strange.
