25/1/2006 17:19 | Nice post Sojourno. I'm keeping this on my watch list for now. Something is afoot, and i'd also like to see further details before making a commitment. | stuart14
25/1/2006 17:14 | Looks like a fundraising of some sorts is quite likely. Obviously there's great potential in wider China than just HK (Dongtan eco-community/Shangh Don't go thinking I'm an expert on this btw! | sojourno
25/1/2006 14:27 | With 83% of the shares held via SEA there can't be much of a free float? | stuart14
24/1/2006 18:13 | what do people think on the future of these shares? | alex020223
21/1/2006 14:46 | Think i may buy myself a few. My portfolio is 100% oil and mining at present. I wanted CREO but before i could get any the fireworks started. At least these guys have assets and are valued near NAV whereas CREO has a MCAP of £120million and £60 in the bank! | stuart14
20/1/2006 21:03 | when the city boys find out about agp, they will rush in, then see agp rocket. just wait and see. | asadme
20/1/2006 17:17 | 75% of the shares are held by SEA, I take it for the long-haul which leaves few in the market. Maybe a better way to get exposure to the Chinese Property Market than CREO which seems all over the place and now has a MCAP of double their cash and no assets???? Any thoughts welcomed | stuart14
19/1/2006 19:02 | IMHO fundraising due sometime, that's my impression from pre-listing notes. I guess it would greatly enhance expansion into China. Lots of potential around Shanghai/Dongtan. Real market value is 38p (Ref SEA buyback). Historically original equity's MCAP (Trans Tasman) always 20-30% below NAV. Watch. This is the better half. | sojourno
18/1/2006 11:12 | this company came in to market on monday. they are real estate company with huge potential. they focus in china. 2008 olympic is in china. looks good. they came on the the market at around 50p let me know what u guys think. | asadme
22/12/2005 07:56 | Still no explanation. Guess he has no idea. Oh well...... | yuka
20/12/2005 00:02 | Yes I got that bit. Not sure how it fits into the bigger picture of "The Small Investor Can Win". Holdontight seems to think there is a much bigger problem on the ELA thread. I was hoping he would explain given that he seems to be kicking up a fuss. | yuka
19/12/2005 23:51 | Presumably someone impersonating another poster - its happened before | call-logger
19/12/2005 23:48 | What is the ELA thread an example of? | yuka
19/12/2005 23:37 | So what other examples did you send? Seems more like an ADVFN issue rather than for the FSA | call-logger

HOT Holdontight - 19 Dec'05 - 22:03 - 2852 of 2855 edit ADVFN...BE WARNED...THIS INCLUDES YOU AND I MOST CERTAINLY DO HAVE THE RESOURCE TO DO SO AND MUCH MORE. EVEN THE BLOODY POST IS LATER THAN THE PREVIOUS POST !! I WILL FOLLOW-UP WITH YOU DIRECTLY TOMORROW ! Yuka - 19 Dec'05 - 22:14 - 2853 of 2855 What other examples out of interest? What are you suggesting is going on here and why? I don't know what you think happened with post 2848 but I hope the FSA throw anything you send them in the bin unless you have a more substantive complaint. They should have better things to be spending their time on. As for "EVEN THE BLOODY POST IS LATER THAN THE PREVIOUS POST !! " isn't that usually the case ;). johnfoxy - 19 Dec'05 - 22:16 - 2854 of 2855 Good Grief ! Holdontight - 19 Dec'05 - 22:21 - 2855 of 2855 edit Holdontight - 19 Dec'05 - 19:53 - 2845 of 2852 edit PS. HOT (1 article following Dear ADVFN Post 2848 was NOT made by myself. Please can you therefore confirm, BY RETURN, who this post was made by, including their IP address. It has become clear to me, over the past few days, that both this stock and in particular the ADVFN BB for this stock, is massively contrived and manipulated. It is my intention to pursue this to the end and therefore through the associated courts and, overall, I hold ADVFN entirely responsible. Please can you therefore provide me with the following: 1. Complete and full discolosure on the ADVFN "rule" on innaccurate BB postings, together with the ADVFN strategy and tactics for avoiding, eliminating and reducing. 2. Examples of such complaints received to date. 3. ALL previous postings by ALL ELA BB posters, together with associated IP addresses. Please can you provide me with the above BY RETURN, no later than 22/12/05. Yours TRUST ME, I WILL GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS AND TAKE THE APPROPRIATE ACTION. | holdontight
30/11/2005 16:51 | Yep, another good call I reckon....why would anyone invest in an AIM stock until the LGB debacle is resolved and certain assurances received from LSE as to how they will help prevent such a terrible situation arising again in the future??!! AIM to collapse, IMO | holdontight
29/11/2005 12:31 | AIM is going down, not just LGB. | holdontight
29/11/2005 07:02 | Looks like they're going down this route at LGB, holdontight How about using this thread to periodically add your thoughts on whether its an effective or worthwhile exercise or not as I'd be interested Also, that way I don't have to spend the next couple of years watching the main thread or being accused of deramping / being an MM spy / being Rybak etc etc | call-logger
26/11/2005 03:13 | While being unsympathetic to how he got into that situation, couldn't help not being moved by the human tragedy in that post. He did cheer up a little, though, later. I don't think that LGB is going to be a good example for your Action Group idea, holdontight. One way or another, it looks as though there has been serious fraud involved. Either LGB have been a victim as much as all the shareholders and all the RNS releases were being made in good faith or they have been a participant in said fraud in which case action via the SFO and the courts are going to be more effective than your action group. | call-logger |
