natwest is now owned by the royal bank of scotland - the notification of holding today of position at start of july seems to show that 150k of the shares issued to natwest were sold on that day - it is likely that natwest may have been a seller since that date since price continued to rise - if it looks to sell all of its holding there should be demand enought to soak it up.

Looks like it hit the ceiling quite hard at £1.00, Hopefully consolidate over the next day or so and have another bash at breaking through. Shares were looking overbought.

i know i keep harping on about the agm date .... which the company's website states is in August 2003 .... as the exact date has not yet been formally specified by the company it is likely that it will have to do it by way of news release .... is there a minimum notice to be given of at least 14 days or similar (or does any other poster hold their holdings direct and so may have received correspondence from the co - is so could you please post the agm date) .... so surely we will receive such a release of exact date before the end of next week .... then prior to the agm we are likely to get a trading update!!

I've now doubled my money in under a month (bought 43 to 46p) early July. I'd normally sell half but bl@@dy 'ell I'm leaving it alone. There's not many times you find this sort of performance. Best to enjoy the ride. I reckon I deserve it after the last 2 or 3 years.

Mmmmm What to buy - a Porche or a Merc? I've made enough for a Ford Focus so far but I'm very optimistic!

You'll always get that though. Buys far outweigh sells by 5:1 today retail investors only though. These are very tightly held and something is definately in the offing IMO. Only 200K shares traded today. seems retail punts are happy with current valuations.

scotty - Indeed, the old 20/20 hindsight is a wonderful thing. I too have traded SPT since 6p last October, and have made a reasonable amount, but if I'd just left it alone I would have made quite a bit more! Goes to show that trading doesn't always beat investing.

Mr H - I like your tone :-)

I agree with your thoughts on pent up demand - some stock has come on the market for the first time for a week and it has been snapped up ,no questions asked.
Will that pattern be repeated .....tomorrow should give us a clue ,as I feel some trades at end will release some more stock.
I could be wrong there , as I would have expected the price to have tailed off,
...time will tell.....

The price movement this morning showed some serious pent up demand. Many potential retail investors who have missed out on the stellar rise so far have been looking to buy in, with institutions no doubt entering the fray as well.

However the latter group will have had difficulty buying in meaningful amounts without the price going against them, hence smaller block purchasing is the only way for them to accumulate stock for their funds.

Recent heavy volumes showed demand is nowhere near abating. It's quite possible that this could go alot higher still, as at current levels the market cap is only around 21m with a prospective P/E not even in double digits yet.

The potential of this company is slowly being realised, and I believe the fun has only just begun. Will be trying even harder to hold on to my stock now, and I would suggest fellow holders do the same. This stock can spike extremely quickly as we have all seen on numerous occasions, even when it looks like it may be retracing. Today was such a day, and look where we are now.

Scotty, this share is amazing and Idon;t thing 87.5 will stop it. Something is in the wind and institutions are buying in. From being down 6% 1st thing to now being up albeit 2.5p I think that the 50K this morning has been disguised as a sell but in fact is a buy. It has it down as being at 76p but why the rise soon after?

I can see this going to 100p over the next 2 weeks quite easily. remember from whence it came - 400p down to 40p. I'm not saying it will get to 400p but who would have predicted a double up in 10 days or so?

Interesting times - could do with an RNS.

Any of you guys into TAD?

Anybody expect things to get interesting around the 87.5p mark (if we get their), given this is the level that a number of shares were placed at + exchanged for debt with Natwest ?

Online bid is 83.5p (mid price), you can also sell upto 50k's worth - always been 25k max in the past when I've looked.
