06/9/2018 22:05 | Mr R , I am certainly aware it is ultimately us the many shareholders who will ultimately vote but for the moment and going forward I am happy to follow whatever happens with any Board decision at whatever time. They have brought us here from nothing so I am grateful for that. Let’s break 10,11.12and enjoy the journey Tony and the boys have brought us along on. Good luck. Regards, Mont | monttim
06/9/2018 22:00 | I’d like to see them build a monster here but if a bid came in q4 I can’t see how they can fight it unless EMR open their wallet as a white knight. Odds say they need a partner pronto at Beutong as well. Best case would be a rapidly financed bkm and a 20-40% stake of Beutong sold for up to 150m bucks. That would leave us in a great position. Cashed up until bkm starts production whilst also going through pea and bfs at Beutong. | mr roper
06/9/2018 21:52 | So what, I am happy to wait a couple of years, plus copper WILL hit $4 sooner rather than later. I am confident the Board will not want a merge or a takeover , they want to build the company unlike the catastrophe that occurred after the disastrous Oxiana decision to merge ZIn. They will want too see this through and I am ok with that at the moment | monttim
06/9/2018 21:42 | It’ll take about 5 years to get to a billion unless copper hits 4bucks/lb | mr roper
06/9/2018 21:36 | I’d tend to agree. They know what it takes to get to a $1bn mcap so why let someone else enjoy the spoils | junior21
06/9/2018 21:21 | They want to build BKM. Use cashflow to accelerate Beutong and othe KSK prospects. TM says $1bn. That has to be the low end of what they would accept | buildit1
06/9/2018 21:17 | Ultimately it is us as shareholders that decide whether a 25p or 30p bid would be acceptable or not, and that includes JP Morgan. That said I believe the board would have a big say in this. If they recommended we accept such an offer then I think that would be the end of road. Would be interesting to know what the board’s view on this is. | junior21
06/9/2018 16:24 | On track according to PB. Ie end of Q3 | mr roper
06/9/2018 16:23 | Stupid question. Who knows? Still 3 weeks left of Q3 anyway | dsqjei
06/9/2018 16:20 | BKM - BFS still by end Q3 or slipping into Q4? | plasybryn
06/9/2018 16:01 | That would be nice but 75-100% above broker targets are pretty rare. 25-30 would give a 25-50% premium. A bit more realistic. | mr roper
06/9/2018 15:06 | I thought he said 14c/lb 12:50min in. Based on that 35-40p presently. | gary1966
06/9/2018 14:50 | PB says we are trading at 3-4c a lb and deals have been going through at 10c/lb. I'm pretty sure we're going to see a bid post bfs. 25-30p on PB's metrics | mr roper
06/9/2018 14:41 | All on track. Nice podcast | mr roper
06/9/2018 14:13 | ARS on today's podcast | pyglet
06/9/2018 14:00 | The last bullet point on page 1 is nice to read zho. Appreciate your link. A happy ARS and CAML shareholder who hopes to be a lot happier in a few years! | lauders
06/9/2018 13:56 | There's a 100 page Arden note on copper and copper miners, out today. ARS is one of the companies featured (see p.69) - Arden have a price target of 24p. | zho
06/9/2018 13:52 | Mr P - could it be supply tightening? Does anyone have a link for the interview? | charles clore
06/9/2018 10:27 | Hmmm, thats interesting, something stimulating copper prices today...... long may it continue. | mrpiggy
06/9/2018 10:24 | Anyone know who is the interviewer and interviewee? | arhaych
06/9/2018 10:21 | Not for long, Mr p | mr roper
06/9/2018 10:16 | Brakes back on? | mrpiggy
06/9/2018 10:07 | Thanks horneblower. Yes underground grades are usually higher than open pit, but the costs are also higher as you say. | cyberbub |
