180,000 bought at 11.1125p at 14.46

I don't think you need level 2 - just trade data, which you get free at many sites

and Q&A after with PB...

Q: $1Bn valuation… how?
A: BKM is worth $200M, behind that is the BKZ (pick a number, say… $45M), Beutong has 2.4M T of copper (we own 80% of this)… so in total this is $500M straight away and this will move up as you de-risk. As you derisk the market will recognise and it will climb.
We’re just getting started… Market cap is half the value of the NPV of BKM – there is still a VERY strong value investment argument. Very few people actually know about Beutong.

Q: What’s your view on the likely copper price to be used in the BFS?
A: Prob use $3.25… to be conservative, we’ll put different scenarios in you can then make your own mind up. But… personal view is $4.50 copper.

Q: Local Partners?
A: Always worth having local people on board.
BKM capital required will be around $164M… number of ways to fund
1) 50/50 debt equity… < least preferred
2) Get local involvement at the asset level (pursuing this aggressively)…. Means zero or small amount of equity. So if we give up some of this project them its an enabler for others, cash flow from BKM could be used to fund others. Talking to several people (big people) in indo now but all the balls are in the air.
3) Offtake finance < prob not in our best interest

Q: Baroi licence progress?
A: Too early to value Baroi. License is in the hands of the indo Gov. Does it matter? We’ve got plenty to work on at the moment but we’re working very hard to convert this.

Q: What’s the next step for BKZ once you have the initial resource estimate out? Will you go to a full feasibility study and continue to drill where it is still open?
A: Initial resource estimate is out May 2018

Q: What are the highest priority targets across KSK and are these on the back seat given the work being undertaken across BKM BKZ and Beutong? When are we going deep (300M plus) at KSK?
A: Have a $1M for deep drilling BKZ (and M) both are not closed off.

Q: Are the mine timescales for BKM on track ? (2019?)
A: YES

Q: The LoM for BKM is 8 years but you’ve negotiated 50 years in the CoW for KSK - how long do you expect there to be mining at KSK?
A: 8 years not the end by any means… its to start the cash flow. We have a 50 year CoW for KSK.

Q: Why start with BKM?
A: Access is better…

Q: 40 000 H in new CoW, can you expand on what’s lost?
A: We can chose what to drop… and we have done. Can’t say yet….

Q: Is the company considering floating shares on the Jakarta Stock Exchange?
A: Looked at it… but primary market is London. One alternative to divestment is to do this… but its not front of the que.

Q: Do they intend to build BKM or sell it? Same with Beutong? When is the PEA for Beutong planned?
A: Build it… 3 years for BFS at Beutong… 3 years after that for mine build

Q: What’s are the biggest risks to the company?
A: Takeover… worth a lot more than 20p (for instance).

Q: Why has there been a delay with Beutong 80% conversion?
A: 960,000 tonnes of copper for $3.3M, you work out if this is a good deal or not. Conditions have been met by ARS. Now documenting this. 20% owner is not a mining company.

Q: TM mentioned a minimum price to sell the lot in October 2016 of $300m for the lot. Significant events have happened since then and Tony has said on many occasions we have the assets for a billion dollar market cap so what is a fair price or minimum price management would take for the company now?
A: Tony would say its worth more now.

Q: If as Steve Hughes has indicated and as per the last a RNS Beutong is heap leachable what would the potential cost saving be in terms of production ($800m versus $400m) - comparable - other places $1.5bn to build?
A: The top bit looks like its heapleachable.

Either that, or some serious muppets out there desperate for cash! Selling the family silver at this share price is insane imo!!
