The FCA simply aren't interested in AIM. They have offloaded their responsibilities onto Nomads, and everyone knows most Nomads will do (or fail to do) anything for money. The FCA will only take action on AIM where there is strong proof of deliberate and substantial criminal fraud by British-based investors or management. Some large Far Eastern shadowy investor say, buying or selling shares without declaring is number 300 on their list of priorities.I hasten to add that there may indeed be a holdings RNS issued eventually, I have no idea. My point is simply that there is no guarantee of one by any means.NAI

Charles I wouldn't expect an RNS. Shares of UK-listed but overseas-based small caps are regularly bought and sold by large overseas investors who don't report (whether deliberately, or because they can't be bothered). Why should they - the FCA does precious little to enforce the rules even for UK-based investors, and everyone knows they have zero powers over foreign investors. I've seen it many times before where there are months of large selloffs but an RNS never appears - you only know the seller is out when the share price is finally released.

love the days where buys outstrip sells 5:1 and we go up 2%, then we get the days like to day where buys/sells are currently level and we're down 4%.. Will be interesting to see where we end up. Got to be near the reversal day soon....

Agreed Mr R. That's a lot of selling over the last few months.
I wonder if it's the same seller? If so, who on earth is it?

Not according to Tony Manini Cyberbub, he maintains it's just sellers taking profits for whatever reason....I just wish they would hurry the Fxxx up and do one as they are really peeing on our bonfire.

Copper flying - ARS dropping.

Pretty sure this pattern is somewhat unsustainable.

Cyber - if BKM, BKZ, BKW, Beutong and Beroi are all producing or have licences to produce and the market price of copper is going ballistic and we are not diluted too much for funding mine production then maybe just maybe given Tony's record we can achieve that. However, anything north of 17p is good for me. Anything above 30p is real wealth and anything above 83p is a dream £5 million holding value for me if I can have the patience to hold until then! However, I doubt that!
