22/9/2023 08:31 | I skim read it hungover and missed the DOID bit. Agreed, this is a positive development. | adw198
22/9/2023 07:58 | Not one word on DOID joining the board, which obviously is a positive and given they have chosen to install their chief financial guy involved with mergers & acquisitions. Obviously the need to talk down the company is far greater than to look at any benefits. | dorset64

21/9/2023 21:00 | @2lb “Not forgetting of course four years of "interested parties" , "inbound interest" and "direct approaches". Frankly the data room must be like a five star hotel full of thousands of guests as nobody ever leaves and new people arrive every quarter....” Different class mate! :) Asiamet love a late Friday RNS so I’m predicting a 09.30 Interims RNS. | adw198
20/9/2023 11:48 | Given we were told the ITE would be working on behalf of the Lead Bank, I’m personally confused as to who the ITE is working for - and who is paying them? Altho I also had the same query when they were doing DOIDs due diligence | adw198
20/9/2023 09:49 | It seems to be taking a long time to appoint a lead bank. The site visit by the preferred lead bank took place 2 months ago, and they must have been talking to them for some considerable time before that. You don't just contact a bank and say 'how about a visit to a project in the jungle tomorrow'. TM's 'shortly', 'pretty shortly', is beginning to get old. | mostyn
18/9/2023 12:09 | It’s meaningless to state they need funding on the basis they need funding. Ok mate, thanks for the wonderful input. You were invited to correct anything you disagreed and couldn’t find anything. Yet here you are back again telling my I know nothing. If you’ve got anything to say about the company go for it. If you’ve got anything you want to disagree with my posts go for it - but spare me just coming on telling me I know nothing without being able to explain yourself | adw198
18/9/2023 11:18 | Cool so we both agree the 2021 interims specifically said they had enough money to continue for 12months and the 2022 ones said the opposite. We also both agree the 2023 will meed to call out we’ll need more money. My expectation is they’ll also therefore need to assess the likelihood of that. If you disagree with any of that please be clear about which part and why. If you agree then I don’t understand why you’re posting. | adw198
18/9/2023 11:09 | Read the full accounts, I would guess it's in every set ever released!!! The interims rns'd are a snapshot & not full accounts or even the full document. I looked and only explanation I would offer is the year they mentioned going concern their interim released were circa twice the size, in page numbers, than other years. You can shout all day that they need money, of course they do, they are an explorer its what every explorer does, raise money like confetti. | dorset64
18/9/2023 09:19 | Btw - I said I didn’t think an offtake arrangement would be for more than the current price of copper. You mocked that view but when asked what price you thought it would be for conceded you didn’t have a clue. So whilst you were outraged with my view, you couldn’t actually articulate one yourself. | adw198
18/9/2023 08:31 | Morning Dorset Thanks for the breaking news we’re an explorer. Last years interims gave a statement confirming if we didn’t get funding within 12 months we’d go bust. Not every explorer needs to give that statement and for example we didn’t in 2021 (when I first invested) because we were well funded. You’re correct it’s not breaking news, but my point is last year they gave an appraisal of the likelihood of getting the necessary funding, so presumably they’ll do so again. The elephant in that room is that DOID of course have their option but haven’t triggered it - despite you insisting they’ve been desperate for more shares. That option has about 7 weeks left. They’re the facts around the interims - no issue if you have no concerns about what’s happening and the material under certainty about us operating as a going concern. As previously stated I still think DOID will buy in, but I personally don’t take confidence in them dragging their feed on Board appointments or being able to buy circa 15% of the entire company for $5m. Obviously you’ve insisted the ONLY reason they didn’t pay $50m for 51% of KSK is economics - well they must regard this as an absolute gift. | adw198
18/9/2023 08:09 | ADW, honestly fella you're barking up the wrong tree. You keep quoting about them going bust without funding as if you've just discovered something and keep posting about it Sorry to break it to you but currently Asiamet are an explorer and, just like every single explorer on Aim or the LSE, without funding they will of course go bust. Explorer means they are not mining therefore not selling anything and thus, have zero income and just like 100% of all explorers, they will at some point need to raise more funds to keep going by either a placing, an investment or by selling a project and/or the whole company. Its how explorers work. You bought in to an explorer of which hope's to become a miner and, only once a miner and physically selling products will they then receive an income. I appreciate you didn't understand the mechanics of off-take agreements, why permits are not chased until just prior to production starts etc but I didn't expect to find you didn't realise you invested in an explorer & not a miner! | dorset64
18/9/2023 06:50 | Or they can't find the spreadsheet under the pizza boxes | zangdook
16/9/2023 14:11 | Yeah that sets it out nicely Mostyn and it’s not a biggie in isolation. My main interest / thoughts are whether they’re a bit later because they’d rather get the funding sorted rather than have to issue a warning about the likelihood of going bust etc. | adw198
16/9/2023 11:38 | Interims last 6 years: 17/08/22 24/08/21 20/08/20 13/09/19 25/09/18 15/09/17 Late August to late September. No issue here yet. | mostyn
16/9/2023 09:54 | The interims usually emerge in the second half of August. They are undoubtedly late. | arlington chetwynd talbott
15/9/2023 12:57 | They play by their own rules in matters of timing, honesty and facts, so who knows. In the same thread, in response to a suggestion funding will be needed, he replied “As interims will show, they have cash“. Let’s see how much and if the Interims again acknowledge the need for further funding to continue as a going concern. | adw198
15/9/2023 09:02 | Definition of few. 5-6. 5 to 6 weeks from 11th Aug = ? | buildit1
15/9/2023 07:48 | 5 weeks ago on the 11th August Sasha (the IR who claims to have his life savings invested here) tweeted “Interims will be due in next few weeks“ hxxps://x.com/Wright | adw198
15/9/2023 06:18 | Are Asiamet going to publish interims this year or just not bother? Shouldn't be difficult to produce there's only expenditure no revenue. | v11slr
