As annoying as our resident insomniac in his campervan might be, he does occasionally let slip the truth that us raising $235m to take this into production is a long shot / unlikely.

No crying over my investment here, my own mistake, hence being keen to learn from it. And that starts with no believing proven liars like TM, Sasha and their message board mouthpieces on the south coast. Sounds like the September credit decision DM mentioned was more nonsense - we don’t even have a lead bank!

Nice summary 2LB, it’s just lies on top of lies at this stage. Even in a soft /pre agreed interview like that he can’t get his story straight. Imagine if he was asked proper questions and challenged on the incompatibility of previous statements etc.

Just listened to this interview between TM and Zak Mir. Doesn't fill me with confidence regarding timing. Comments like next 2 quarters and shortly. I have no more idea now than before listening, if anything will happen any time soon.

You emailed to ask why they were late mate, got an answer and passed it off as research.

Buts let (both) stop with the Punch and Judy routine.

Those who aren’t even interested by the risk of funding don’t need to comment on it. Those who don’t realise that the new FS is materially less economical than a previous study that couldn’t get funded don’t need to worry about that either.

Ctc, no problem.

ADW, Andrew grow up & stop acting like a child.

Simply look back, click the ‘news’ tab on this site if you’re incapable of looking elsewhere, and you’ll see the dates that the interims have been released for every year Asiamet has been listed. They have until December to release before they are late.

I appreciate you knew nothing about how take-off agreements worked or even what they were, nothing about how explorers operate as in they either raise cash through placing or other means of money injection, can’t read a set of accounts and can’t understand the economics of a BFS study but surely even you could scroll back through news releases?

Ctc, no problem.
The nomads are withdrawing from the UK market altogether and never had any UK staff/representatives here in the UK for a while now, they are based in Aus, hence the reason to drop them now for someone more suitable to their future plans.

If you want Dorset to be the source of facts I’d gently suggest you also ask him where his info is coming from.

*If* it’s from a discredited IR / Asiamet who have previously fed lie after lie I just ask people consider the accuracy of the info.

Did you receive an email reply to your emailed questions, or not?
(The direct question you’ll refuse to answer should at least see you off for the day)

Ha yeah you were definitely going to tell us why we’ve changed NOMMAD - probably why you came on telling us the results weren’t late, having emailed to ask why they were.
The fact you email Sasha and believe everything he says having been lied to so many times is amusing and exactly the point I keep making. Even putting aside your smug lectures about your business knowledge I’d still rather you woke up a bit. At least this time you’re not claiming it’s some extensive research and conceding you just email the paid for PR for information they won’t put in the public domain.

Cool, I'll let you find out yourself, instead of me posting the reason for changing the nomad now etc al.Try to help but again you try to get clever.

Yep that seems a fairer summary - they’ve decided to release them later. Everything f else, ie whether it’s linked to changing NOMAD and in particular whether it’s linked to the need to make a comment about the risk of them operating as a going concern and ability to raise £ remains of interest to me.

Those who aren’t interested presumably don’t need to email Sasha for the answers. :)

For the record I think DOID will put more money in, I just like to be alert / aware of risks.

Just looked back, and Asiamet released 2019 interims in mid-September, 2020-2021 & 2022 in mid-August. They are actually not late reporting them and have 6 months from the end of June each year to report them, i.e., December each year. So any chat about them being late is incorrect.

Why didn’t they include the statement in 2021 when we had cash?
Infact they explicitly called out having enough money for the next year. Last year a very different statement for the good reason that we imminently needed funds - which they gave a statement about.

I agree we don’t know what, if anything, the link is to them releasing the interims later than usual and changing NOMAD. Not a great look tho imo.

But if none of this is an issue / consideration to you then that’s fair enough
