There was another article saying Rexline have completed the BED - basic engineering design, now they have to to the detailed engineering design, I don't know if they shorten that to DED. ..ROFLMFAO!Anyway as one can see the amount of detailed engineering that goes into building a greenfield mine is insane! All imho dyor! |
![](https://images.advfn.com/static/default-user.png) This is a translated article from a few weeks back. SURABAYA, iNewsSurabaya.id Rexline Engineering Indonesia has successfully completed the Basic Engineering Design (BED) for a copper mining project in Central Kalimantan, which is being developed by Asiamet Resources subsidiary, PT Kalimantan Surya Kencana (PT KSK). This milestone marks a significant step forward in the BKM project and is part of a work focused on reducing the initial construction capital costs of the BKM project. The comprehensive scope of work performed by Rexline focused on the design and cost estimation of materials and project handling facilities that are critical to the operational efficiency of the project. The material handling area includes a 3-stage Crushing Circuit, ore bedding, a 620m conveyor system and a mobile crusher system for copper ore stacking at the BKM Heap ...The company's proven track record of quality in large-scale infrastructure development underlines its ability to execute projects that comply with high efficiency and safety standards. In addition to the engineering design, Rexline has provided detailed cost estimates for the procurement and supply of equipment for primary processing in the material handling system as well as project costs for all material supplies associated with the design of the processing plant. The partnership between Rexline and Asiamet Resources strengthens Rexline's role as a key player in infrastructure development in the mining sector of Central Kalimantan. This collaboration highlights the importance of leveraging local expertise to achieve successful outcomes in complex projects in the local context.Head office of PT Rexline Engineering Indonesia located in Surabaya, Rizal Sholfiyah as Chief Operational Officer said, the material handling system for the BKM Copper project consists of 4 main components.First, 3-Stage Crushing Plant. The design starts from the Run of Mine (ROM) ore storage area to the Apron Feeder, Primary Sizer, Secondary Sizer, Tertiary Screen, and Tertiary Sizer. All connecting conveyor systems adopt Rexline internal design. The design capacity of 600 tons per hour is determined by the client.Second, the Ore Agglomeration System. The crushed ore is fed into the Agglomeration drum along with an acid solution to condition the copper ore before being sent to the heap washing facility.Third, Overland Conveyor. A 600 m long conveyor designed to move agglomerated ore to a heap leach facility. Several special features were required in the design of this conveyor which were accommodated by Rexline.Fourth is the Heap Leach Stacking System. Consisting of a fixed tripper conveyor system which is then transferred to a series of "Grasshopper" moving conveyors through a radial stacking system for ore placement for copper leaching. |
All this from a guy who was openly telling everyone on here to buy, buy, buy, then a day later that the management were so poor he sold out. |
Copper is indeed valuable, what is the current monthly production? |
"The Company looks forward to progressively advising the market on further results from this capex optimisation work as it is received from our engineering partners over the coming weeks. "Two and a half months later , absolutely zero updates , they just can't stop lying. |
Copper should absolutely fly in the medium - long term. When the world economy and demand peaks, it’ll most likely coincide with a supply shortage / crisis.
Whoever takes and develops KSK to production should make an absolute fortune.
Those who agree with the above should reflect on whether our well resourced in country major shareholder, with a stated objective to transition to green energy, would be content to let the AIM investors have half of that prize. I know what I’d do if I was DOID… |
Maybe. But I think copper will outperform in the next few quarters. Let's see. |
With the world as it is today, can't see that happening for a while imo but, once it does find its feet again, it will hit $5 pretty swiftly imo. |
Copper to $6+ soon. Get onboard here before it moves sharply higher. |
I wonder why they had such a short window to buy? Not important either way is it though.
I had another re read and spotted
“Importantly completion of this work will enable the Company to progress project financing *to an advanced stage*…”
Noteworthy no time given for when they expect financing to be *finalised*. The saga continues it seems! |
Only one third taken up , I got that wrong then |
Andrew, you're again making yourself look daft as, if after discussions with the bank, they didn't decide it to a smaller Engineering footprint, they would have had enough to do just that. The fact they have just reengineered the whole project costs money and, of course, time. |
@Doreet This time last year you told us we didn’t need another raise and finance would be in place within 3-6 months. Given we’re now another 2 waves of funding in with a forecast date of circa 6-9months to receive finance (if we do, having clearly been shown the exit last time), can you explain why the prospects are better than you thought then?
How many have you taken in the Retail offer? |
D64 - its no half story, the point I was perhaps rather clumsily making, and an inescapable fact, is that with respect to the shareholders funds Manini has taken out of the company over the last decade, the amount he has spent on purchasing shares is a small percentage by comparison.
So, unlike ALL his shareholders he is still well up today. |
No, I don’t given the wealth / salary / bonuses of the people involved. That’s subjective though so you’re certainly entitled to take comfort in it. As I recall you did on previous Director buys, every single one of which is currently showing a hefty paper loss. This isn’t a new position we find ourselves in.
I think we can all agree this’ll be resolved one way another within 12months so hopefully we can all find something more worthwhile to concentrate on.
Good luck to us all! |
Yeah got it. I don’t regard *yesterday’s* investments as “vast monies”. |
Andrew, read it again, the total shares bought yesterday by management was some $300,000. |
“Not one person mentions the vast monies paid by current directors *buying more* shares for themselves”
Must admit I also misunderstood you Dorset and also thought you were referencing ydays buys, not buys made years ago. Especially because you don’t want to focus on the past. |
