05/11/2017 12:28 | Yes it's not possible to say what will happen to ISAs and spread bets in future. Any incoming Labour govt under Corbyn would be likely to see ISA holders as evil capitalist tax evaders... | ![]() cyberbub
05/11/2017 08:02 | An ISA is CGT free at the moment anyway. I presume spread betting still is but I know there were some foggy rules attached, something about if your a full time trader there could be issues with profits from spread betting. Not sure how that would work though as you can't write off loses against gains as far as I know like with trading from a traditional account and paying cgt. | scarymonster
05/11/2017 06:28 | Ig index do a flexible ISA so you can transfer cash to a sb account and back within year without losing isa status. So that's what I've done with my 5k. As the deposit is refunded the money goes back. A big gain could not be realised and isa'd as new money until each new tax year. | ![]() ronconomics
04/11/2017 23:21 | I would presume 60/70% debt to 40/30% equity so I agree share price £1+ at the point of being a producer with beutong also in play - on copper alone - zinc is the cream on the top. However, we would be a t/o target before that scenario I fear. | ![]() ianbag
04/11/2017 23:16 | JB the bfs is on BKM not BKZ. Q1 at some point is the answer. They will probably update us in late December early January. From memory TM gave us accurate updates in the lead up to the PEA so I'm hoping it won't be s guessing game. | mattjwhity
04/11/2017 20:22 | librayong0925 Very hard to say how much dilution is likely...but I agree with you. Presumably it depends, amongst other things, on the copper price at the time, the extent of the resource, the availability of all the necessary licences etc. | ![]() horneblower
04/11/2017 20:08 | When we are saying the exit share price to reach 50-60p, would it make one billion dollar market cap. It would need around 1.8 billion shares to get a billion dollar market cap, which is more than double of the current number of shares issued. I double we will dilute that much. So the final share price may probably go to one pound or beyond, maybe £1.5 to get into a true billionnaire company rather on the edge of one billion market cap | librayang0925
04/11/2017 20:02 | Since there are further drills in early 2018? when is the BFS due to be completed ?The Company's AIDT 600 rig has a drilling capacity of 600m depth which is significantly more powerful than the Jackro rig currently being used at BKZ. With a stronger rig capacity, the Company will be able to test the down-dip extension of the BKZ polymetallic mineralisation and the strike and depth extensions of the newly discovered high-grade copper mineralisation intersected below the BKZ polymetallic mineralisation. The Company is planning to mobilise the larger rig in early 2018. | ![]() jailbird
04/11/2017 19:52 | adorling, You may well be right but a population of 20 people with an an average of 1.5 million can easily accommodate three or four people at 6 million a piece. Anyway, between us we have a sizable chunk of the current business. hawks11, I totally agree that, being a mining company, there will be obstacles along the way. One that often causes a problem is getting the licence from the locals. Even if it comes in the end it usually causes delays. I have no knowledge of the situation in the locality or even whether getting a local licence is necessary. Hopefully Tony Manini is on top of it. | ![]() horneblower
04/11/2017 16:50 | I have 3 Million in an ISA and a £3,000 pp spread bet (equivalent to another 300,000 shares). I don't have a target price yet simply because we don't know what we have in the ground, my absolute minimum sell price is 35p but I'm expecting a lot more based on everything I know about the company, the assets, the management and the coming shortage of Copper and Zinc. Holding to make serious life changing gains is my strategy here. | ![]() the manini
04/11/2017 16:26 | HB - you seriously underestimate the shareholding of some of us LTH. I hold 6 million and personally know 3 others who own over 2.5 million and 2 million each respectively so you can add another 12 million at least to your calculations. Can’t remember who it was but someone who attended the Dec 16 ARS meeting in London with TM owns 7 million. We are all happy but collectively believe we have yet to re-rate to anyone near our true value. Most of us have target prices of between 17-25p but have a buyout offer price target of over 55-60p within 2 years. | ![]() adorling

04/11/2017 13:08 | Ron, Curious why you use an SB for that size (presumably your main holding)? You pay for the spread and also pay interest at the rollover surely? Just wondering if there's any benefit - other than CGT? My core holding in my SIPP / ISA. I have a much smaller SB position (£500 P/P) that I trade with. | ![]() knobbly
04/11/2017 13:04 | I'm thinking that by the end of q1 and the bfs being done we could be nearer 25-30p. If the deep drill at bkz proves continuity at depth all bets are off. | ![]() mr roper
04/11/2017 12:27 | I've picked up more moving my sb position to £6000 per 1p move in the share price. Its tricky if progress is extremely volatile, with mm shananigans but I hope to hang on as long as possible on the way up. Contrary to buy the dips I plan to increase slightly in small increments as each position is locked in at breakeven or at worst my overall fixed risk exposure %. It's a bit ars about face I know but makes sense for a potential life changing investment. Currently profitable at 2x Stake and done some soul searching not to cash in. | ![]() ronconomics

04/11/2017 10:37 | TM exactly. Ksk is massive. Not even got to Baroi yet! | ![]() mr roper
04/11/2017 10:21 | Hawks11 we have a production licence for the whole of the ksk which includes all the areas that we've been getting those great drill results from. The licence we are waiting on is a production licence for a completely different area called Beutong on the island of Sumatra which is approximately 4-5x the size of our BKM project but the whole ksk area that we do have a licence for has some 38 targets (bkm being just one) so these collectively will probably end up dwarfing Beutong! The value here is staggering | ![]() the manini

04/11/2017 09:32 | I suppose I am a lurker Horneblower with the lesser amount you mentioned and grateful to be herewith X3 growth at present. I am holding on my investments having reduced to a tidy profit over several years to a considerable reduction before this investment. There are a few things that might go wrong with ARS but once that licence is signed the steps are easy to see coming. It is a mining company so there will be obstacles along the way but lets face it we are not working our socks off here just wallowing in the success story - so far. If a bid is forthcoming is it likely before commencement of production and what sort of deal is likely, a straight buy out or something with further profits for us in the new company? I would have thought that the real interest will start after the licence considering all the positive results so far. | ![]() hawks11
04/11/2017 09:21 | HB you are not wrong.Lots of shares held by long term holders who are not selling until the company has reached billion dollar market cap | librayang0925
04/11/2017 08:28 | I guess there may be twenty posters here with an average of 1.5 million shares? That would be 30 million shares. Add another twenty lurkers with an average of half a million making another ten million. So a combined holding of 40 million...let's say 50 million total at 8p = £4M worth.. Shares in issue is 715 million so we have 50/715 = 7% of the total. However, I'm bound to be wildly wrong! | ![]() horneblower
03/11/2017 23:15 | Must be a lot of shares held in this group | ![]() snickerdog |
