Those selling at 2.3p are doing so because they clearly now won't get a material amount more over the next few weeks so if you are short term trading then you may as well move it elsewhere.

Beutong license would change everything sentiment wise, I believe TM is currently in Indonesia so maybe that's on his agenda for the week.

It's been a very disappointing 2016 post PEA with the strong promised newsflow failing to materialise but on the plus side a great deal of real tangible progress has been made at BKM and the copper price is off the floor and on the way to the 3.25 target that supports the NAV numbers for 2018.

We are certainly due another BKM operational and testing update before the month is out but the much maligned 2.3p end of year price seems nailed on......

adorling - I know you are right but I would rather have a cushion than a hard board under my ARS investment.

Cyber - agreed it's a mystery who might be selling. Not for a profit I'd wager unless they bought some time ago.

It is hard to work out who is selling at the placing price of 2.3p, if they are forward-sellers they obviously can't be making any money...

CC - you will get your rewards for investing many multiples to your average buy price for ARS. I think you were at the investor evening with Tony? He stated quite passionately that we should all remember being there that evening and ARS being 2.5p at the time. We will re-rate significantly in the coming 2 years and I have no doubt we shall all being looking back thinking today's price was one of the best investing opportunities of a lifetime. Keep the faith!

Obviously not a lot of support for the company these days as the selling shows. It never got over the 3.1p placing price and it looks like it will sink below the one at 2.3p. Too late to sell now but I wish I had listened to my words of wisdom last week when it touched 2.6p. Well, they say hindsight is a wonderful thing but it isn't when you ignored foresight!

I plan to take another 500k of these over the next week. I believe sub 3p wont be around for long. Watch this start to move in anticipation of newsflow to come

I wouldn't worry about an extra 80M shares in issue. When ARS is churning out massive cash flow in 2 years' time they will be able to buy them all back, hopefully at 50p + LOL

Bit of a stand off now I reckon

Can still sell 500k at 2.4 (go swivel MMs) but I think the shares are too tightly held now as the funding is sorted and educated shareholders now have a grip on the majority of the free float.

Any demand for shares will spark a bit spike up in order to even remotely tempt any meaningful trading.

Time for s Santa special RNS

I dont look at the dilution on a small placing like thisLook at the mcap. And then consider how the mcap should rerate as we progress on npv increase copper rises licenses etcBetter tony get this done now with slightly more dilution so to speak and move on.

I'm not fussed to be honest. Would have been far happier if it was higher but now it's done it's out of the way. Should remove any issues around financing until end Q3 next year.

If I recall, the last placing was at 3.1p.

It was always probable that there would need to be further fundraising, but do you think the BOD, or people on here who know more about these things than I do, thought at that time that the next fundraising would be at a 25% discount to 3.1p?

In fact, there were people on here recently saying that any fundraising would be at much higher than the current price

I still have my holding and intned to keep it, but whichever way I look at it, it's diluted and by more than I expected it might be. Nobody else on here seems bothered, should I be?
