Zho, as most people add the epic into the search at the top of this page, it doesn't show. I suspect you are using old software or methods. Sorry to be treading on your toes.

No, it's not private. I get it showing under a search for 'AT.' although it is the 8th entry down:

It doesn't show. Add AT. in search and you get VAT, lol. Can't add your link either, have you made it private?

A new thread for a new year.

Established in 1985, Ashtead Technology has grown organically and through strategic acquisitions to become one of the leading providers of equipment rental solutions, advanced underwater technologies and support services to the global offshore energy sector.

Ashtead Technology employs more than 520 people and services its customers from ten facilities located in key offshore energy hubs located in Europe, the Americas, Middle East, and Asia Pacific.

2023 was an exceptionally busy year for our global team and 2024 looks set to be an even busier one!

As part of a wider hashtag decommissioning work scope for our customer in Brunei, our mechanical solutions team in Asia Pacific recently completed a project for the severance of risers using our proprietary diamond wire cutting saws which come in a range of sizes up to 42”.

The project was delivered by our regional team in Singapore and supported by our Mechanical Solutions technology and service hub in the UK, which provides a wide range of in-house designed and third-party mechanical equipment solutions.

Members of the project delivery team received excellent feedback from the customer for the safe and timely execution of the work scope.

This project is another great example that shows the growing demand for our technologies and services in the region to support our customers’ offshore energy projects.

TBH I am very surprised this took so long to have a pullback. I see this as a positive, shares do not go up in a straight line, nothing has changed since the last RNS on 30/11 telling us about ACE Winches and that AT. were trading 'comfortably' ahead. Lots more to come here.

Good question….
(Maybe usual lack of patience for news flow in a short termist market?)

I am wondering where the market will sell it down to:
- the point at which it assigns nil value to the acquisition (which would be TA support)?

You never know how much profit people will be happy with in a short termist market.

Weeellll... 620....that's what my crystal ball said on the original business.

All we need now is for the new acquisition to be priced-in... haha Lol.
