I think there are a few in the sector that are possible takeover targets, hence, I'm invested in several asset managers including here.

Sure, equity part of AUM will be down. Nut Ashmore is more fixed income, and especially gov vs corporate right? |
Will not equity fum be collapsing under the current sell off. May look bad short term though might be the time to buy if you are brave. |
Surprised this is dropping today. EM gov bonds have rallied in the risk off mode. Many EM currencies, especially the more stable countries, have rallied vs USD. |
Yes, looks like a classic value play for the patient - I topped up this morning.
Figures on two Dreman value screens- hi value and low PE - in some very good company.
Meanwhile Dividenddata has the yield at 10%. |
