The board has announced that the company is proposing the following resolutions at an AGM to be held on 13th March 2009;

Res 1. That the accounts for the year ended 30 June 2008 be received
Res 2. That the Directors' Remuneration Report be received
Res 3. That Kingston Smith LLP be re-appointed as auditors of the Company
Res 4. That Gary Truman be re-elected as a Director of the Company
Res 5. That Mick Desmond be re-elected as a Director of the Company
Res 6. Increase in authorised share capital
Res 7. The granting of authority to the directors of the Company to allot relevant securities pursuant to Section 80 of the Companies Act 1985 (the "Act")
Res 8. The granting of a disapplication under Section 89 of the Act

Personally, I would not dismiss the growth prospects of this company. I'm buying at these levels - you just have to look around to see how digital advertising is making headway. Companies are embracing the sector and increasing their spending (as reports show). Patience will be duly rewarded in my humble opinion.
