Seems strange -- NEO has obviously decided to use ASG to enter UK market and committed quite a lot of cash (loans/shareholding). Surprised they are willing to let this go. --any chance this is a takeover coming ? strange phrasing on teh rns .... "directors look forward".... this is positive phrasing

Just the same as VMG. Directors will buy the company back and shaft the share holders.

Maybe we should call the company and find out what's going on? It's not like they can't tell us now the shares are suspended.... I hope you're right golla and seems to be the sentiment on iii and looking at the wording "The Company looks forward to updating shareholders with an update on funding and current trading in due course." does offer a ray of hope! Why "look forward" if it's all doom...? We need answers from Mr Ball / Mr Truman

They are working in a very populated market, other companies have have been working in this industry for many years and have a lot of experience in interactive touch kiosks / interactive windows. I have seen a lot of companies come and go over the last 20 years, Kubix tried to get into the Estate Agents area and failed with massive losses and they had some very experienced people working for them.

TIDMASG RNS Number : 9370Z ASG Media PLC 30 September 2009 30 September 2009 ASG Media plc ("ASG" or the "Company") (AIM: ASG.L) Advertising Sales Agreement with Vision Media Group (UK) Limited ("VMG") ASG, the leading digital out of home specialist, announces today it has signed a 12 month agreement with VMG to sell national advertising across its landscape screen Shopping Mall network. The contract encompasses the nine shopping malls owned by Capital Shopping Centres, including Lakeside, The Metro Centre and Braehead in Glasgow, and the LED screen and landscape network at Frenchgate in Doncaster. The agreement increases ASG's national footprint to 56 malls with an annual footfall of 820 million, and includes four of the top five malls in the UK.* ASG announced on 28 September 2009 that it had received further funding from Neo Media Group SA and that the Company is continuing to seek further funding for its immediate working capital requirements and to support recent new contract wins. Gary Truman, CFO of ASG stated "This deal demonstrates not only the regard for which our media sales team is held, but also the increasing level of understanding and cooperation that is emerging between operators in the Digital out of home sector". Dominic Brookman, CEO of VMG "The deal allows us to maximise revenues from our current mall network, whilst we focus on the deployment of our Digital six sheet pods." *Source: Trevor Wood Associates. - ENDS -

trying to work through the figures. if NEO convert their shares, they have 143,500,000 + 47,636,363 = 191,136,363. The RNS says this is 62.6% of the company, so equiv of 305m shares for total company value. 1.5p a share works out at £4.6m value. So depends if you think thats undervalued, given £4.3m turnover and zero profit. So it will need some damn good contract news to start moving things upwards by any material margin. But, given that the spread is so huge, and i only have about 50,000 shares left, think Im happy to sit tight given that its pocket money now.
