Keep it Simple...

Look what the BoD did in November 2017 after clearing those CLNs.
They doubled the award to themselves for share options and slightly increased the average exercisable price to just around 1.8p.
Now WHI reckon the field value is about 5.95p.
CH has already said that the NPV is around £200m.

Already they have spent over £40m on this project.

The current Mcap is just £29m with an share price of 1.28p.

They have laid this out on a plate ready for the taking.

The BoD want their pay off, IMO, especially CH and CC.
5 years in the making.

An offer share price of 3p to 4p plus anyone.

Now where are those TR1s next.

Get in before they suspend trading....
