09/3/2018 13:12 | Stage 2 - TIME to SUPPORT Your share price Now how about AST buying back a few of its own shares in circulation, at this lowly share price level. What an opportunity. Put them in treasury for a rainy day or use them for your annual bonus payments. Who knows you could even cancel them if you wish. The share price cannot go much lower. Use some of that extra cash from gas sales in the bank balance, it may just show you are active and support your PIs. Cash in the bank is cheap, so use a little of those balances to your advantage. Who knows you may even get a better return on investment. If you run short of cash then take a few shares instead of part of your monthly salary. Wash any transactions through WHI. No one will know anything for a while. Remember - Practice 'positive mindfulness' and use the three billboards concept. FIX IT. GLA. | dandadandan
09/3/2018 12:27 | I think the share price dropped because reality set it....things happen very slowly in Slovenia. | chinese investor

09/3/2018 06:07 | REDE Tape and FAKE news??? CH stop being Slovenias 'typical tied up in red tape Brit'. The Slovenians know you are an accountant who must follow rules and permissions. Assert you Irish INGENUITY. Geoenergo already have an old permit/license USE it. If the Slovenians take over 5 years to issue a new IPPC with new rules then just use the old one. It is held by your concession holder Geoenrgo. The appeal judge must also have used it. How can they prove that any works you undertake are illegal? In your very own words their records system is in a mess, with delay after delay. It will take them another 5 years to find their appropriate old paperwork and confirm any illegality ( if any). How else can they prove that you are acting outside your license/permit remit. STOP playing by their officious FAKE rules. GET ON WITH IT. Open up PG7 and PG9 fast. Increase the gas flow to INA and embarrass the officials even more. Do not forget the Three Billboards concept. FIX IT or does it take another person to move this on? Remember in business, if you cannot do something then you find someone that can. It is time to apply POSITIVE mindfulness. GLA. | dandadandan

08/3/2018 14:53 | Surely this is a minor clerical exercise (remember we don't have to do a full environmental impact report) ! MARCH 2018 "ARSO outline amendments to the original project document to comply with changes to legislation since the document was submitted (baseline report)." | chinese investor
08/3/2018 14:36 | IPPC History November 2017 Expected time 05 May 2017 The Company has been informed that a further appeal has been lodged with the Slovenian Administrative Court by the same individual against the decision of the Slovenian Environment Agency and the Environment Minister that a full Environmental Impact Assessment was not required in relation to the proposed gas treatment facility at the Petisovci gas field. 31 March 2017 The Company is pleased to announce that it has been informed that the appeal made in relation to the IPPC has once again been dismissed as being without merit. 11 November 2016 The Company is pleased to announce that it has been informed by the Environment Agency in Slovenia that the partners in the Petišovci project will not be required to carry out a full environmental impact assessment. An objection to this decision has been lodged by the one NGO who have consistently appealed against the construction of the processing facility at each stage of the process. 06 May 2016 Petrol Geoterm, the contractor to our joint venture and the entity that filed the original IPPC Environmental application, has been informed on the Court's decision to withdraw the IPPC Permit which was granted by Slovenian Environment Agency in June 2015. The reason given by the Court for this decision is that, after the original application was made in June 2014, the relevant law was changed and the process that was followed did not accord to the new law. 06 April 2016 In February 2016 Ascent reported that its partners in Slovenia had been informed that the Court would begin its review of Ascent's case during March 2016 and the Company were therefore optimistic that a decision could be made before June 2016. The Company understands that the Court has begun its review as planned. 16 December 2015 The appeal to the Slovenian Courts is the final step in the determination of the IPPC Permit. Guidelines suggest that the process should be completed within six to nine months. November 2015 This award was appealed by two bodies but these appeals were rejected by the relevant Minister as being without merit. 27 July 2015 The Company understands that there has been at least one objection to the award of the IPPC from the Environmental Agency in Slovenia. The IPPC is likely to be referred to the Environment Minister in the first instance for further consideration and potentially thereafter to the Slovenian Courts before it is declared legally valid. 24 June 2015 The Company is pleased to announce that yesterday it received a provisional Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control Permit (IPPC Permit) from the Environmental Agency in Slovenia in relation to the installation of a Gas Gathering and Separation Station ("GGSS") at its Petišovci field. There will be a further period of 30 days during which time appeals may be lodged before the permit is declared legally valid. December 2014 The IPPC Permit was first passed by the Environment Ministry when it was put out to public consultation. June 2014 Our application was submitted in June 2014. | chinese investor

08/3/2018 14:28 | Remember too the JV is with AST Slovenia so it's a sale of this company that would happen not PLC which is a crock | 1bluehorseshoe
08/3/2018 14:10 | Once the IPPC is given it will take twelve months to build the plant. The market knows the score CI.Geonergo were rumoured to have made an approach, never made public, whatever they offered etc caused a rift apparently. Until the IPPC is awarded this is worthless except for recovering the 45m euros. | 1bluehorseshoe
