errr~~~~Remind me ; since when did any AIM Company Director follow FCA rules , guide lines or directives ?
In my experience they each have their own interpretation of `Rules` , and most just do what the hell they like .
The reason ? Because they can , there are never any consequences or punishment .

bidmsa - 30 days to lodge an appeal, the Permit with churn through the paper pile and get awarded in due course.

In regards to the first payment. The way i see it is, production started 2nd November, allow for 30 days production then invoice is issued with NET 30 day terms. Therefore earliest payment is expected is 2nd Jan, allow for Christmas and new year and processing time, then we can expect payment between the 2nd Jan and 10th Jan due to weekends, banks opening hours etc.

All will be sweet when that goes through and the permit will not be far behind

That IPPC Permit is required for the construction of a processing facility adjacent to the Petišovci field.

The processing facility will enable THE PARTNERS to treat gas to a standard suitable for transmission into the Slovenian & European gas transmission network.

Remember the Concession Holder is Geoenergo.

2. The award of the permit will enable the construction of our own processing facility in Slovenia which underpins the full field development plan.

Now watch Petrol/ Geonenego as state consolidations take place in Slovenia.

Provisionally previously issued, that IPPC now awaits an imminent announcement from Slovenia..

It should provide those added AST income streams and do not forget a 40% uplift for the difference between untreated and treated Gas.

Will we see a ‘tug of war’ game next between Petrol and friends of INA for that much sought after Gas
We could next be viewing a ‘Barny in the Balkans’.

The Ninja (like) trading algorithm has done its job
This share price has IMO been manipulated down and held for a reason.
( Just examine the last few weeks of trading).

Someone is funding a deal and slowly moving money? Maybe with a JV or take it ALL approach in mind?

Ascent Resources Announce Provisional Award of IPPC Permit in Slovenia
Ascent has received a provisional Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control Permit ("The Permit") from the Environmental Agency in Slovenia in relation to the installation of a Gas Gathering and Separation Station ("GGSS") at its Petišovci field.

There will be a further period of 30 days during which time appeals may be lodged before the permit is declared legally valid. Once the permit is declared legally valid the Company will be able to commence procurement and construction for the GGSS and related infrastructure. The GGSS will enable the Company to process the gas produced from its two existing wells to a quality acceptable for the national grid network in Slovenia.

The share price , the trends in line with news flow and history is irrefutable evidence .
Hopefully there may be a little fodder left for us , but I`m not banking on a large slice of chocolate cake , just a few crumbs .

what does AST tell you about Clive Carver and Colin Hutchinsons loyalties/links to ast/darwin/hendersons...to me its pi's are the fodder to feed on...but I dont trust the City insiders or City people in general...they are not clever they just know what is going to happen before PI's..how can you lose? Its a SCAM. However, nice lucrative work if you are allowed to get it...
