Once again no IPPC until the financing is in place. The time to buy in here is after they have announced finance.

The company has no income, what it is earning from INA sales will barely cover admin costs.

They will need to raise money just to get a loan off the bank.

The most likely outcome will be a combination of placing and bank debt which will also have an option to convert debt to equity.

A huge placing might actually be necessary to getting the IPPC. The authorities will want assurances from Blarney that his company can finance the required developments to provide gas.

Look people AST is not the resource company on this play so change your expectations. It’s that simple. Drilling, plant, pipeline, rigs and refining buildings are very expensive especially when you’re doing all the funding. The Mcap has multibagged but not the share price This really shouldn’t be a surprise if you read and digested the company presentation. Greed has clouded logic here. Understand what you invest in. IMO :....Vast will fly .
AST will move , eventually , but only once there is real clarity about what on earth has been going on here and only when trust has been restored .
For the moment there are far to many loose ends here , not least amongst them is the financial requirement to develop the asset .
I believe that these machinations (manipulations) are in a very large part due entirely to the relationship twixt AST and Geonergo .

Someone needs to stand back and just look at the big picture.

CH says AST valuation is £200 to £250m
WH Ireland say £75m to £144m

The current Mcap is just below £35m.

Crazy.
This share price price action is disjointed from reality.

Someone will notice this soon.
Price manipulation for a reason, IMO.

This is being set up.

Buying or selling , long or short most of the time the share price and its direction tells you all you need to know . Often our wishes and hopes cloud judgement and restrain rational action .
I never thought I would see this back at 1.50 p !

'Maybe' you could be correct twobluehorses, but you didn't mention the 45 million that Ast invested and will recoup from the JV and incidentally, Ast Slovenia IS Ast right now. Again CH is on the prowl for a new venture away from Petišovci. .. I'll leave you to continue posting negatives on Ast and look forward to receiving your frequent share tips that will redeem all our souls. Point made and it's a strong buy from me. Goodnight!

Just listened to the share holder conference call again interesting that Colin has increased his valuation of the company from 200m upto 250million.

What and leave it to people who know nothing about AST. It won’t get taken over, the concession is with Geonergo and the IPPC permit, not AST, and it’s AST Slovenia in the JV so any shift will be a sale of AST Slovenia so don’t get excited. Who would buy the financing of a play where the JV is the Government pulling all the strings? Should’ve done your research first then you’d know what to expect.

Then go to nostra and stop posting negative comments on Ast. Just sell up if this share is so rubbish! Once ina pays the 1st monthly invoice, this will rise. The processing plant will be financed through the banks once they see a steady income.CH has said this a few times already. But to be honest, ast will probably be taken over before the plant is finalised, IPPC permit in hand and it's a game changer. imo.

Since I mentioned NTOG it’s bagged and more, just the start, more to come. Stop getting attached to a share there’s a big world out there you’re stuck in Slovenia. It’s so small there’s no grass just carpet. GLA
