Raises around $1.7 million to help fund investment into a private US holding company, GNG Partners LLC.
GNG Partners has been formed to acquire onshore US midstream gas distribution and processing facilities, which use helium purification and liquefaction.
Raises £555,000 through the issue of 24.1 million shares at 2.3 pence each, with one for three warrants attached exercisable at 140% of the issue price at any time in the next four years.
This comprises a £390,000 placing and £165,000 subscription at the issue price.
Also enters into a new $2 million senior secured fixed coupon loan facility with institutional investor RiverFort Global Opportunities PCC Ltd.
Explains an initial $1 million loan amount has been issued on a 12-month term.
The fundraise and the initial loan will be used to fund the investment into GNG alongside the company’s ongoing costs to build out the new strategy.
Ascent says it has provided a convertible loan of $1 million to GNG which has bought the assets of Paradox Resources LLC out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy. |

I have my stocks and Shares Account with Interactive Investor, the preference shares originally went in to that account then disappeared a few days later I found them in my trading Account so I emailed II to ask why and there answer was as these shares are unlisted so they cannot be entered in to your ISA account.

I'm with HL and the Preference Shares are correctly listed in my ISA and non ISA accounts together with my AST Holdings.
Also they are both correctly listed in my Bell's SIPP Account. |
Can anyone with an AST ISA holding actually see the new shares in one of their accounts? If so, which broker, which account? |
This is why i'm confused with what Leexski mentioned above. If he's right does that mean we have lost our tax free ISA holding due to this special situation holding? |
My ISA holding is with AJ Bell, I also have a trading account as I use that to pay fees. There is no AST holding shown there, should there be? |

They can not be put in to your ISA as they are not listed, however they should be sitting in a trading account in your name on the same platform. |
They are sitting nicely in my ISA with record of preferential shares referenced in my normal share dealing account. The hearing of the main case will be early next year so still sometime to go. |
