06/9/2016 18:54 | Agree but with Nickel prices where they are, it's now not as undervalued as 2 months back Gold and Diamond Ops are worth at v. least £40-50m, more with Gold $1,350+ However Nickel is currently a major liability and making a loss, particularly once you factor in payment of 6m per year for the bond. This is weighing down overall market cap and effectively acts as a negative. A £25-30m market cap seems about fair in v. short term, however could all change with news on Smelter and Third Party Concentrate agreement, if indeed there is any news. It would suddenly go from being a liability to a major benefit worth just as much if not more to the company than gold operations. However without any update on this, have to rely on the Bindura Annual Report stating there is not enough PGM concentrate demand, it's therefore hard for market to price this as anything other than a liability. Purely from recent news, Amplats are going through hard times, platinum prices are still low and I honestly can't see them investing in their own Smelter in Zimbabwe, although haven't checked Amplats site recently to see if there's any news. It's surely win win for all for ASA smelter to be utilised. That's why I can't get my head round the statement in the Bindura Annual Report that there isn't enough interest for PGM concentrate, unless it was still at a time Amplats were ploughing on with their Smelter... | redtrend

06/9/2016 11:47 | Mugabe kicking the bucket could see this at 2-3p in a shot but that's just part of the wider story as to why this isn't already trading at 5-10p | the stigologist
