08/12/2020 18:26 | Asa resource companies House. Three new directors added in November. They going hoover up the crumbs. | trevorm2
08/12/2020 16:50 | "We have received notification that ASA Resource Group Plc (ASA) shares are no longer eligible to be held within the UK Settlement System. We have therefore removed the ASA shares from your account." | postiga08
08/12/2020 13:58 | We do need to chase them as they have basically washed their hands of any future involvement. Their job is done. | plasybryn
08/12/2020 13:37 | Has anybody even seen the Administrators final report... after selling assets & paying creditors, and themselves, there was quite a few £million left I thought? | bcape
08/12/2020 12:51 | The administrators have had their money. Like many AIM companies I reckon this will now disappear without trace. | timgw
27/11/2020 17:23 | Thank you bcape and all. I hold 700,000 shares. What a useless lot of executives. | yumyum
22/11/2020 18:32 | @bcape Yes we have bee robbed - and they have all got away with it too. | timgw
21/11/2020 17:06 | Yeh... looking at the II Corporate Action again, it indicates that we came out of Administration on 20 August, but why tell us now? Surely there ought to be a CEO RNS with info on current assets and shares outstanding at the very least. I do feel we were robbed here... unless we do get something back. | bcape
21/11/2020 14:34 | Looks like SPAM is a big source of revenue from Madagascar! | timgw
21/11/2020 10:56 | The board is making slow progress but progress towards getting onto an even keel. We "Might" have a viable company...? Hope for something soon. No "chickens" yet... | iamald
21/11/2020 10:54 | I spoke to EQI (ex selftrade) and the admin person I spoke to didn't have a clue. They have logged an internal ticket to investigate if I should have been offered a certificate. The asaresouces website now redirects in a crude way to a chemical company which doesn't bode well. | 225d
21/11/2020 10:38 | The board is making slow progress but progress towards getting onto an even keel. We "Might" have a viable company...? Hope for something soon. No "chickens" yet... | iamald
21/11/2020 07:18 | I've informed Hargreaves Lansdown but not received anything yet to explain where we stand with this. Surely shareholders have a right to such information- have the Administrators put anything out? | plasybryn
20/11/2020 20:25 | I've heard nothing more from Interactive Investor... responses seem to differ. Surely, either the Administrators or the current ASA Board CEO/Chairman should write to us. If the shares are just removed, we are left with no proof of ownership if there are assets left with ASA. | bcape
20/11/2020 13:48 | You got a link bcape? I can't find it. Cheers. | loafingchard
19/11/2020 16:47 | I’m a long time holder of these since MWANA days, have resigned up to ADVFN as have not posted for years. Anyway I have received a message below from my online broker (selftrade) CORPORATE ACTION NOTIFICATION Please be advised that the shares of ASA Resource Group Plc have been removed from our CREST account and therefore we are duty bound, under FCA rules, to remove them from your account. Should the registrar issue a share certificate for the holding, we will add these to your account and contact you again. Not sure what that means or if that helps information wise? I was hoping these would come back in some form even if its 1p a share! | 225d
19/11/2020 16:20 | Not sure, a few months there was a post here which indicated about £18m plus a few smallish assets. I hope we will get an RNS which will tell us. I do not know how many shares will be in issue either, as some might have been cancelled; probably not issued. Haven't actually heard any more through Interactive Investor, and nothing from Barclays Smart Investor. | bcape
19/11/2020 15:51 | Sorry, just checked - because I was already on an ASA page, I thought the new thread would stay in context, but clearly not & I can't see a means to change the name which is just "Out of Administration". | bcape
19/11/2020 15:43 | ASA - Out of Administration | bcape
19/11/2020 09:41 | whats the thread called??? | lyceeuk
19/11/2020 09:32 | So out of administration but what have we actually got left. | casabella2
19/11/2020 09:21 | Just created new thread. Interactive Investor tell me that ASA Resources are going to come out of Administration on 18/11/20, today. No RNS as yet. 1.925p a share when going into Administration, post 2.1p share (thought low) offer. Many assets gone to clear the debts, post theft to some extent. Estimates of residual cash indicate the share price could be about 1.2p. Any views? My vested interest is about 550,000 ASA shares. | bcape
19/11/2020 09:10 | Interactive Investor have informed me that ASA will be coming out of Administration on 18th November (today) and that I should remove any related, unwanted buy/sell orders. No RNS yet, or sign of shares being in the market again, nor any price spread. | bcape |
