<<Have not been following closely, but have, or are ,the Chinese that stole from the company repaying the stolen money ?>>

Not the slightest chance! Even if they or the money were to be found there is no determinable jurisdiction that could recover it. Paying a rival gang of Triads to seek them out might produce a "result" but not necessarily any money.....

Mr Mac - unfortunately, they will be the last ones to suffer. In corrupt societies, they are always OK - until the revolution.

Zimbabwe said to be on the verge of starvation with the country turning to desert. A punishment for killing white farmers? The chickens are certainly coming home to roost for the millions of Mugabe supporters.

When a company is in administration there was never likely to be a rush to pay a good price for the assets particularly in Zimbabwe. Looks like Xmas turkey time to me.

Only hope is some of the disputed shares do not get a payout. May get us a bit more but they have give the assets away at a knock down price. Don't think RPI will be to pleased either

And the price of gold and nickel are now a lot higher than when the 2.1p was on the table. Can the Joint Administrators justify their fees and delays?

It's got to be a stitch-up.

Zimbabwe, friend of the president.

RPI saw value at 2.1p when the company was at deaths door.

All I can say is the admin have been blood sucking this for over two years.

What ever happened to the $60-75m quoted.

I share your anger silenzi, but I‘m afraid you overestimte the payout. In my calculation, 23m for 1.690.000.000 shares translates into app. 1.3 p per share. Deduct other claims and obligations and you are likely to arrive at something like 1p per share.

It's a shame that I listened to a member of the board of directors (one in particular and you know who you are, you conniving low life!) not to sell at 2.1p. It was the only play people like him had left to get paid back the loans they made to the company. YOU SCUMBAG! I am absolutely furious that we only obtained £23m for Bindura Nickel Corp and FRGM!!! It proves every suspicion I had about the Admins lack of compentency at getting best price in the market for all the assets! THEY HAVE ACHIEVED SWEET "F" ALL!!!

I have just managed to speak to Oliver Jones at Duff & Phelps. He was very approachable and helpful.
He is very happy to communicate with shareholders and confirmed I could communicate our chat.
He told me the SPA completed on 25th October over Freda & BNC although the DRC assets have still to be completed on. They do however have interested parties, so he implied that it shouldn't take too long.
I was very pleased to learn that the Administrators are about to issue an update in the next week or so and then a full report later in December, so I guess these will confirm the above and give us a better handle on expected timings. They will be available on the Duff & Phelps web site, so I guess we will have to keep our eyes open for these.
As gpgreen said above, this will therefore require another extension.
We are getting there. I didn't ask him about amounts etc. as I knew he wouldn't be in a position to comment on information not in the public domain.
