This is nothing new.

I predict the same BS this time next year. Yes, yes there is interest. We are now evaluating the offers. 6 months later. Unfortunately the offers have fallen through.

Is anyone else buying this at all?

The next 6 months to a year are going to be torture for you I imagine.

But the sale of BIND will be done behind closed doors... right? We own shares of the parent company which is the entity under admin. You can keep twisting the matter as much as you want or keep yourself misguided as much as you please.

I only got one thing to say... show me the money.

BIND is actually still trading and the current report has been audited, so is not as you call it "done behind closed doors".

BIND's price has also doubled in the last year.

Until I see my money which could be never (something which unfortunately no shareholders can rule out!), you can keep spewing all hogwash about price appreciation and this and that and it won't matter.

ASA has been managed through it's life by crooks including those who portrayed themselves to be people who cared for all shareholders even under the old guise of Mwana Africa.

The company is in admin. There's no need to market the business. Everything is now done behind closed doors. We know nothing!

Misled by Chinese and misled by the management who took over. All a bunch of rift rafts

The appreciation of ASA's two main commodities, nickel and gold and the latest report suggest that things are improving all the time.

If you don't trust the report and are questioning the price of gold and nickel then that's your problem not mine.

Can't say I share your optimism. Everyone has their own agenda. Some with debt owed to them by ASA want it repaid. Debters are first to the feed before shareholders. I just want my money back a lot of it. But must say with the way the admins are going about their business being paid extortionate amount and has failed time and time again to realise complete sale of all assets... hope is now a desperation if you still believe in a positive outcome.

As for people talking about re-listing. Get real. Impossible. You would need to pay off major shareholders which include the Chinese.

The only thing left is do your job and stop promoting nonsense. We have been misled to follow admin path. The way you are painting this picture it's like things are going swimmingly well. You definitely have the knack for misguiding people which makes you as bad as the Chinese.

Something else of note from the latest report:

"The Smelter Restart Project is still at 83% complete.
The Project was put on hold due to the cash flow deficit arising mainly from the outturn on the LME nickel
price, which has averaged US$12 000 per tonne since the Project commenced in 2015, compared to the
average LME price of US$16 000 that was forecast then. With the promising global Nickel price outlook, plans are afoot to complete the Project in the near future."

That would add considerable value to BIND.

Let's not forget that all the while the administrators are paying off the debt, have protected the company from liquidation and have gradually been sorting out the dubious claims by assorted chancers to the benefit of shareholders.

There is some frustration as to the time it is taking to sort out, but quite frankly the Chinese bandits had created a mess that required a lot of sorting out through the courts, so the administrators need to be cut some slack imho.

I'd prefer a complete sale of all the assets and a cash distribution.

The Chinese, I think paid 5.5p a share for their holding. If things progress along the lines I hope and the gold and nickel prices continue up, then it is not beyond reason to expect at least that sort of value back again.

I would also hope that any money the Chinese get is after deducting any money they embezzled from the company first, plus a very big fine!

Hope we will re-list but if we get sold at the current market value i would be looking for a bigger return than juju and co got when they sold out.

Hopeful for a reasonable outcome? We have been giving the same unbearable response by the money eating admins - there are interests. They can't say more because it could hamper the deals.

What a complete scam. This business is filled with holes it's shocking FCA don't step in to assess what is clearly non-transparent service provision.

From the report:
"In assessing the future cash flows of the Group, an average Nickel prices have been assumed as follows:
US$12 000 per tonne for the period April to December 2019, US$13 000 per tonne for the period January
to March 2020 and US$16 625 per tonne for the period April 2020 to March 2021. These projections have
been taken from a consensus forecast compiled by market analysts.
"

Currently nickel is $14,520.
