Let's see what acceptances they got under the offer. I guess we should know that tomorrow. I am hoping that they go ahead in which case I am pleased to have got rid of these shares from a very very badly run company (for a long time) despite being sad to see its assets being sold off so cheaply. I accepted the offer.

So then assuming the offer has now lapsed what happens. Is the suspention lifted and trading begins again or is that for the administrators to decide.

Yet more fraud is alleged at BNC. Zimbabwe Herald reports Police have launched a manhunt for Yim Chiu Kwan and Yat Hoi Ning on allegations of defrauding Bindura Nickel of in excess of $2.7Mn, the whereabouts of the suspects remains unknown. Surely there is justification to at least suspend Ning's shares voting rights, and those of CIM, if not confiscate those shares.

Plas... Excellent sumary of events... I agree, those of us who have followed this for years, know the real value of the assets and the commodities that the company controls (even if not entirely or fully)

The only thing keeping the price of the company down is the situation in Zimbabwe... Mugabe goes? The price goes up perhaps 100% overnight... Last time I recall that he was being reported as ill, the price went up to 65p...

Whilst I haven't got quite as many as some on this thread... (FFS... 17m? I wish)

BUT I have had what would be for me my largest investment anywhere, and I was planning on holding until into my retirement... (roughly a decade from when I first bought... (or sooner if they did as well as I hoped)...

The Chinese bought in at 5p, and THAT is my absolute minimum...

RPI described it as a "compelling exit opportunity".

Perhaps they were describing the Chinese management after being caught with their fingers in the till.

Well i would consider 5p and no less although 8-10p is probably nearer to a fair offer.

Anybody care to bet on the fact that it will be an improved offer?

If/when the shares are able to be traded, I have accumulated dividends in my ISA which I will add as many as I can at 2.1p

I don't want to keep on but there are a couple of points to bear in mind.
Firstly we know the offer was extended to 12th by the opportunistic RichPro , but it is just possible some brokers will want clients to give their instructions slightly earlier, even by say midday today. Please don't delay to instruct your broker to reject the offer.
Secondly, the amazing uplift in the commodity prices since the offer was made should really make us all realise the 2.1p is a greedy & inappropriate offer to obtain our Co. on the cheap. They have only extended the offer period, not reflected the increase value by upping the offer. This shows how greedy they are.
Thirdly they know how much value is here and rising by the day. Don't you think they will extend the offer period again - I'm convinced they will. They are desperate to get this bargain.
Fourthly - let's just say they were going to go for it come what may. My reading is they would pay 2.1p to those who accepted and then have to pay whatever was necessary to get the rest of the required number of shares. Do you want to accept just 2.1p?
In summary, you really don't want to be pre-empting what is likely to be a much better outcome by throwing the towel in now, before we have even had a chance to hear what the developments are that have no doubt been going on furiously in the background, let alone pre-empting what the Administrator has discovered & will recommend.
It isn't long to wait and news will obviously be flowing this month.
Hold firm is my strong personal recommendation.

I'd say with gold price increase Zani Kodo by itself justifies current Mkt Cap by itself
