Wow, much more than $1.3 million! This acquisition is basically a rounding error which adds nothing to Arria's already pitiful revenue.

Yeah , i think the IPO will be low. BUT going to be so much attention out there from various road shows etc think the market will take this up quickly , either way will be a ton of eyes on results year end 2022. Think its off to the races then

I am trying not to get carried away, but anything above 3 dollars a share is absolutely fine with me ! Do think this has the potential to be much higher though.

I'd be surprised if we don't see don't see 10$ by year end

2023 think 20-30 dollars a realistic target

But yeah super tricky to put a price , may have to be patient for upper bound but the market will price accordingly once yearly results start hitting 2022 2023 2024

When (not if) this floats I expect a range of £2 to £10 a share. Very tricky to put a precise figure on this, but upper end is quite possible.

You think the owners of BOOST would be giving away their multi million dollar company for zero cash if they hadn't done some due diligence ?

Would of thought some reading between the lines can be done there but you keep referring to 2019 accounts and a delisting from a low tier exchange when the company was still building its operation

In the meantime without the accounts there is a plethora of information out there that suggests the company has been seriously growing PRIVATELY , which is why its pretty staggering users on this BB trash Arria

All you harp on about is accounts , the company has been delisted , you have no idea the various entities it trades under while its continued to build away from the public eye

The reach of the tech and the commercialization is what matters here .. do you actually know the product suite ? Its all there on the website

Of course an IPO cannot happen with accounts being available, the company will have to release such information when they are ready. Its a non conversation harping on about the accounts, they will come when the IPO does.

Legal Alien, the only way to see if the market wants the products is by looking at the revenue earned. As of 2019, when there were still a fair number of partnerships, there was sod-all revenue. The web site is little more than a marketing spiel.

It remains unclear how this revenue has grown as they have not published their 2020 accounts. Prior to 2019, growth was difficult to detect - certainly at the pace that would excite any investor who would once again buy a delisted stock. Come on - a “hi-tech”; stock abandoning its London listing for New Zealand. Hardly a well-trodden route, is it? Oh, and then abandoning that for Toronto. Spare me your dreams.
