It’s delisted because, it seems, the U.K. entity could not satisfy listing requirements owing to its parlous financial state.

Currently, only because of the support of Arria NZ, it soldiers on. All there in the Chairman’s statement in the 2019 annual report.

We await the 2020 report to see if there has been any real move forward. The serially postponed listing and debt/equity swaps suggest difficulties that only a massive increase in revenue would reverse. At present, there is little evidence of the latter. Unless they are keeping it a secret for just a few people like you, as you often suggest.
