Anal5,The board of directors have said the listing on the NZX will be at a 'significant premium' to the current share price. Tell me what is wrong with this statement ? And, tell me if you've found a girlfriend yet ?

This is what the BoD said on the 15th June....this year

the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the interim financial statements and these do not include adjustments that would result if the Group was unable to continue as a going concern. Should fundraising negotiations prove unsuccessful, the Group would be unable to meet its debts as they fall due in the foreseeable future. As a result, the Directors have concluded that pending successful agreement of additional funding there exists a material uncertainty which may cast significant doubt over the ability of the Group to continue as a going concern.

So put up or shut up regarding the required £8.5 million fundraising !!!
Then the loan note holders need to agree the debt for equity exchange at over double the current market price..........................

I am very surprised there has been no additional emergency funding as of yet !!
They must be running very low on cash now, good management would have taken advantage of this dead cat bounce/pump and dump??.........
Not forgetting the interest payments due on the loan notes,money I don't think they have..........

Now at 2.75p

Because

A new deputy CEO has chosen to invest £ 450,000 at 5 p a share when it was trading at 1.25p to turn it around

Sitting at a 1.5 Year support level of 2.75p

Went to a high of 4.70

Most conservative annual revenue Next year.. £13.5 Million

Most conservative operating profit + £5,400,000

Just 80,130,063 shares in Issue..

Just 15,863,681 Shares or 27.32% Free Float

MMs are struggling to find shares...

Why..

The most conservative annual operating profit per share is 6.75 p per share

When the share is trading at 2.75p

The most conservative operating Revenue is 16.85 p per share

If this company is to be evaluated with it's peers it will be at about 55 p Per share...

But is trading today at 2.75 p

Can you give me an example of such a Company?
