31/7/2020 14:05 | I'm probably going to regret this but I'll ask : it's of your opinion that the company throwing off shedloads of cash and about to receive £25 million plus cash is about to do a raise at 40% discount to current value? | bigglesbingham

31/7/2020 13:25 | f this should not prove adequate to meet the Group's financial obligations, the Directors would be obliged to consider a variety of options as regards to the financing of the Group going forward, and this may include an equity raise via an open-offer if thought appropriate. Despite challenging capital markets for junior exploration and mining companies, the Company and Group have been successful historically in raising equity finance and in light of this, the directors have a reasonable expectation of securing sufficient funding to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For these reasons, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the consolidated financial statements. | scoble2
31/7/2020 13:11 | actonovator Palm are on the main market and have already used up a third of their share allocation this year. They are only allowed to issue another 6m shares this year. | soulsauce
31/7/2020 13:08 | Now that I've written that it's seems funny to describe AAU as a sugar daddy - but I guess that's what its becoming - not only the $35m its about to get from the jv but also already throwing out tons of cash at these gold prices. | actonovator
31/7/2020 13:04 | I took a small punt at the beginning of the week - nice acreage. But always that danger of equity issues for drilling. So would be great to have a sugar daddy like AAU to stump up the cash. | actonovator
31/7/2020 12:44 | Cheers acto, in to the 9s looking good. May be cyberhub has looked at it and seen what a bargain it is 😉 | soulsauce
31/7/2020 12:42 | Charles I really would not like to speculate except to bet it would be more than 10% higher than it otherwise would be going forward. Edit Just my two p worth and worded carefully/spuriously enough to avoid being told I was wrong later I hope. ;-] | thanksamillion
31/7/2020 12:37 | Soul, PALM gone a bit manic in the last half hour - lets hope there is a connection to AAU | actonovator
31/7/2020 12:29 | disappointing there hasn't been a small tick up today given the wider pm market. perhaps after the strong recent run here peeps are now awaiting finalisation of the ozaltin deal? | konil
31/7/2020 12:17 | Thanks - holding it back? So where do you think the price would be if a dividend policy was in place? | charles clore
31/7/2020 11:18 | I am thinking that it is the delay in forming a dividend policy that is holding this back. For long termers it doesnt really matter, regular divis will eventually be the norm and the share price will show the benefit when the policy is announced. Probably means the share price remains a good "buy". | thanksamillion
31/7/2020 10:51 | As Moneymaker said on LSE, Institutions not only like size but regular income. So get a dividend policy defined, communicated and in place and perhaps things will alter. | plasybryn
31/7/2020 10:22 | Why would anybody want to diversify away from gold, or any precious metals, right now..? | linz22
31/7/2020 10:22 | cyber, for non pm's, a possible is WJA; their sole being is a 35.68% jv with mastercard called HomeSend, which is involved in cross-border payments. It just seems to be a question of when MS decide to acquire the 35.68% and, most importantly, for how much. | mcmather
31/7/2020 10:18 | I am quite sympathetic to Bo's suggestion earlier that KS might invest in PALM - who obviously need drilling money. Though it doesnt diversify from Gold. And he has instead mentioned technology metals a few times. And yesterday Eastern Europe? | actonovator |
